2-Ingredient Banana Chocolate Ice Cream, No Machine Needed!
Yes, it is possible to make ice cream without an ice cream maker, and with only one ingredient! When we stumbled upon this ice cream hack, our minds were… blown. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s healthy and all natural, unless you add some chocolate… which we did. #NoShame. Armed with a few frozen bananas, a food processor or Magic Bullet and some mix-ins of your choice, you’ll be all set to make this creamy, refreshing treat that won’t hurt your bikini body.
Ingredients:
– 2 large bananas
– hot fudge (optional)
– 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
– ice cream cone of your choice
Instructions:
1. Start off by chopping the bananas. Then cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
2. Whip out your food processor, drop in your bananas and pulse! When it starts to get less chunky, add your toppings. We put one tablespoon of peanut butter and drizzled hot fudge. Continue to pulse until it reaches ice cream consistency.
Chop the banana into coins before popping them in the refrigerator.
Drop the bananas in your food processor and pulse! When it starts to get less chunky, add your toppings. Keep pulsing until it reaches ice cream consistency.
It will take a few minutes, so don’t worry if it doesn’t happen right away!
OH YEAH.
Not sure it gets any easier than this!
