How to Drink More Water and Actually Enjoy It

It’s been shown that two-thirds of Americans don’t drink enough water. I’ll shamefully admit that I’m one of them. Why drink water when you can drink coffee, tea, or my new favorite, Kombucha? Oh, that’s right, because it’s critical in keeping our bodies hydrated and healthy.

The only way I’ve found I can happily guzzle down my 8 cups per day is to flavor my water. Most people add lemon, but water actually tastes great with all kinds of fruit, herb and vegetable infusions. I’m personally a big advocate of adding coconut. Yum!

To help you combat the difficulty of spinning up these infusions as you march towards your new hydrated self, we’ve rounded up three unique water infusers to keep you healthy:

Aqua Zinger ($26)

The Aqua Zinger works by subtly infusing water with any flavor combos you add. Try adding fruits like kiwi, blackberries, or cucumber — or any mixture of your favorites! Then just twist the bottom grinder and watch as your flavors are infused into the mix. The bottle is stainless steel to keep your water cold or hot — your coice. You can typically refill it once or twice before adding more fruit.

Prodyne Fruit Infusion Pitcher ($20)

If you’re keeping a pitcher on hand to pour multiple glasses of water, try the Prodyne. It’s an acrylic pitcher with a removable hollow rod for adding fruits or herbs. This ensures that 100% of the water is constantly keeping fruit-infused. This guy also works great for flavoring other types of beverages like iced tea or lemonade. Or for me, Kombucha.

ZingAnything Citrus Zinger ($15)
