Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg Are Hosting a New Cooking Show Together
Though we’re well aware of some famous besties, like Taylor Swift’s #girlsquad (who may not spend as much time together as you thought), other IRL celebrity friends might surprise you. A prime example is Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg. Though the domestic queen and weed-lovin’ rapper may not strike you as obvious BFFs, these two go way back. Now, taking their chemistry to VH1, Martha and Snoop will be hosting a new cooking show together that will surely be as tasty as it is toasty.
The show, which is tentatively called Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party, will see the seemingly unlikely duo cooking for their famous friends. In a format that Martha calls a “redesign” of the normal cooking show we’re used to, Snoop gave a few more details to Variety, saying, “My homegirl, Martha, and I have a special bond that goes back.” If you have any doubt, definitely check out Martha and Snoop making her mother’s mashed potatoes as well as baking “green” brownies. He continued: “We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends.”
Who will be showing up as guests? What will Martha and Snoop be whipping up? Will their dishes ever include any, er, “special” ingredients? We’ll just have to wait and see when the show debuts this fall.
