Here’s the scoop: July is National Ice Cream Month! In honor of this “cool” holiday, we’ll be whipping up ice cream treats galore at Brit HQ. We’re kicking things off with our Tropical Ice Cream Terrine. Seriously, this might be the *easiest* homemade ice cream recipe ever. You can thank us later ;)
Ingredients:
– 3 14-oz cans condensed milk
– 3 1/2 cups chopped mangoes
– 3 1/2 cups chopped kiwis
– 3 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions:
1. Start by prepping your fruit. Cut mangoes and kiwis into cubes. Slice strawberries in half. Freeze all fruit until firm.
2. Combine frozen mangoes with one can of condensed milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm.
3. Combine frozen kiwis with one can of condensed milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over the mango ice cream. Freeze until firm.
4. Combine frozen strawberries with one can of condensed milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over the kiwi ice cream. Freeze until firm.
5. Remove your terrine from the freezer. Slice and enjoy!
