20+ Easter Basket Ideas That Are NOT All Candy
Since when does the song go: “Here comes Peter Cottontail, hoppin’ down the sugar trail?” If the idea of filling your little ones’ Easter baskets to overflowing with sweets makes you cringe a little, for whatever reason, you are likely racking your brain right now to think up cute things to put their Easter baskets. Things that are not all candy. Because, let’s face it, they’re going to get enough sweets from school, grandparents, aunts and uncles and at the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. So if this is where you are at right now, here are some things you can tuck into their Easter baskets — and most are not candy.
Over at Armelle Blog, Caroline is packaging some cute little bunny snacks that are not candy. For a festive effect, fill up clear plastic treat bags with something orange. Caroline is using Annie’s snack crackers, but you could just as easily substitute baby carrots and they’d make an all-moms-approve treat to pass out at any Easter egg hunt.
