There was a lot to love about the 2018 SAG Awards, but one of our favorite things was watching the young stars of shows like Stranger Things, This Is Us, and black-ish on the red carpet and during the ceremony. They looked like they were having the time of their lives — and isn't that the point of the whole thing? Click through to see some of our favorite pics of kids just being kids. The ' littlest "Big Three" of This Is Us: How cute are they?! Parker Bates, Mackenzie Hancsicsak, and Lonnie Chavis, who play the 10-year-old versions of "The Big Three" on This Is Us, hammed it up for the cameras outside LA's Shrine Auditorium. The trio, along with the rest of their costars, took home the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Big Three? Big Three! (Photo via Kevork Djansezian/Getty)
Parker Bates: That smile! Bates, 10, who plays a young version of Justin Hartley's This Is Us character, Kevin, suited up in blue for his SAG Awards debut. (Photo via Frazer Harrison/Getty)
Mackenzie Hancsicsak: Were we this poised at 10? The This Is Us star, who plays a young version of Chrissy Metz's character, Kate, chose a pretty purple-and-white floral frock for the red carpet. (Photo via Kevork Djansezian/Getty)
Lonnie Chavis: It's impossible not to smile at this photo of 10-year-old Chavis, who plays a younger version of Sterling K. Brown's This Is Us character, Randall. (Photo via Frazer Harrison/Getty)
Faithe Herman: Herman, 10, who plays Randall and Beth's youngest daughter, Annie, on This Is Us, looked like a princess in her fuschia gown adorned with lace and butterflies. Does that come in our size?

Eris Baker: Slay! Baker, 12, who plays Randall and Beth's firstborn daughter, Tess, looked so glamorous in a custom gown by designer Walter Mendez. We spy a style icon in the making. (Photo via Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty)
Millie Bobby Brown: Just when we think we couldn't love MBB any more than we already do! The 13-year-old Stranger Things breakout star — looking angelic in pink, natch — delivered one of just four featured "I'm an actor" monologues to open the show, joining the likes of Allison Janney, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Kristen Bell. Not bad company! (Photo via Kevork Djansezian/Getty)
Sadie Sink: We totally covet Sink's gorgeous SAG Awards dress. The 15-year-old Stranger Things star absolutely nailed this year's red carpet. (Photo via Frazer Harrison/Getty)
The boys of Stranger Things: Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, and Gaten Matarazzo were their usual charming, adorable selves on the red carpet. We just wish Finn Wolfhard had been there too! (He was home sick with the flu.) (Photo via Kevork Djansezian/Getty)
Caleb McLaughlin: McLaughlin (AKA Lucas Sinclair on Stranger Things) is just 16 years old, but he already knows how to work the cameras! (Photo via Christopher Polk/Getty Images for Turner)
Noah Schnapp: Schnapp, 13, who plays Stranger Things' Will Byers, made his mark in a green velvet tux on the red carpet. (Photo via Frederick M. Brown/Getty)
Gaten Matarazzo: Do the 'do! Matarazzo, 13 — AKA Dustin Henderson on Stranger Things — sported some very Joe Keery-esque hair on the red carpet. Steve would be so proud. (Photo via Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Turner)
Marsai Martin:This is how you do a red carpet.
