4 Healthy Dips for Your Next Tailgating Party
Football season is here, and that means tailgates and game day parties! Whenever we go to a get-together, we always bring a dish or snacks to share. That way, we’re guaranteed to have a healthy option and the other guests always love it!
Today we’re sharing four easy, delicious dips you’ll want to whip up before game day. Bring one of these dips with lots of sliced veggies or homemade sweet potato and beet chips and everyone will be huddled around it!

Creamy Dill Dip
This dip tastes decadent but is super healthy! It pairs perfectly with fresh veggies.
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (you can also use a dairy-free yogurt alternative!)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- pinch of salt
Instructions: In a small bowl, stir all ingredients together. Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to five days.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
This dairy-free dip is always a crowd pleaser!
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it up. Serve immediately.
