A Russian Salon Created Nail Art Inspired by Kylie Jenner’s First Pic of Stormi — And We Can’t Even
Calling all Kylie Jenner/Stormi Webster megafans — you can now pay some major homage to the mama/daughter duo in the form of…nail art?
A manicurist from Russia’s number one salon chain, Nail Sunny, has recreated the now-iconic photo of the mother/daughter duo — and we have thoughts. Using long pink nails as a canvas, the nail artist created a 3-D rendition of the image (which, incidentally, garnered the most likes in Instagram history) that is somehow both sweet and terrifying to look at.

The brand posted a video on Instagram captioned “@kyliejenner‘s and Stormi’s Nails 😍😇,” which featured a hyper lapsed tutorial of the look. To start, the nail tech created a clay finger and fingernail, which was painted in a light pink shade to mimic KJ’s nail color in the original photo. Next (as if a clay fingernail protruding from an actual human nail weren’t enough) the artist fashioned teeny-tiny baby fingers, which were wrapped around the finger and positioned *just so.*
We’ve seen some over-the-top 3D nail art, but this is *totally* next-level. Of course, fans had something to say about the look (spoiler: most were freaked out). “Wtf” one user commented, while another said “nice idea, but no.”

Outrageous as it may seem, this isn’t the first time the nail chain has gotten creative with Kardashian art — shortly after the new mom gave birth, the salon whipped up a full-on 3D figure of a pregnant Jenner. While we can’t say we’ll be getting the Kylie Cosmetics founder stamped on our nails anytime soon, we’ve gotta say that the whole thing is pretty darn creative.
