This Adorable Surprise Pregnancy Announcement Will Make You Cry

When it comes to announcing your pregnancy there are a lot of ways to go about it. You can do it like the Vampire Diaries’ actress Candice Accola recently did with some customized t-shirts or you can make a parody Fresh Prince of Bel Air video, but all that showmanship isn’t for everyone. And to be honest there is something really powerful about capturing a real, honest moment. And so that’s exactly what YouTube vlogger, Adanna did when revealing to her husband that he was going to be a dad.
The video starts by explaining that this was filmed after she and David returned home from Adanna’s medical school graduation ball. Since David doesn’t really have any idea where this is going Adanna takes the lead and starts to tell David just how much he means to her. Then she hands him a gift. It starts with a very sweet note that he reads aloud, followed by yet another note that he reads silently. It seems like Adanna broke the news in the letter David didn’t read out loud because he gets suddenly gets very excited. Adanna hands him her pregnancy test and the two then share a super sincere moment.
Now, don’t get us wrong, we love the creative angles that parents-to-be come up with when announcing to the world that they’re expecting, but Adanna and David’s video is a prime example of how a simple statement can work just as well. Congrats to the growing family!
