… And they’re off! The Kentucky Derby has begun, and the mint juleps are flowing (see Victoria Justice’s Insta stories for proof). Like every year, celebs have flocked to the annual event in Churchill Downs, Louisville, en masse to see the races — and to show off their best fascinators, of course!
