All You Need is a Blender, Bananas, and Biscoff to Make This Delicious Ice Cream
This is the easiest ice cream ever. Not to mention it has the silkiest texture and is utterly addictive. Just two ingredients and no ice cream maker necessary (did we mention it’s dairy-free and vegan as well?). Just pop some frozen bananas in the blender, add some Biscoff spread (aka Speculoos) and you’re ready to go.
Banana Biscoff Ice Cream (makes about 1 1/2 cups)
– 3 medium bananas
– 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (aka Speculoos)
– Tools: blender
Start with 3 medium bananas and some Biscoff spread.
Place the bananas in the blender and pulse until the consistency of a milk shake.
Add 1/2 cup of Biscoff spread to the bananas.
Blend until completely incorporated, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom as needed.
Eat immediately or place in the freezer until hardened, about 6 hours. Enjoy!
For a twist, try replacing the Biscoff with Nutella, Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or Honey Walnut Butter. And stay tuned for more 2-ingredient ice cream hacks here on Brit!
