Grandpa Clooney (AKA George’s dad) has already shared one adorable detail about the new twins and praised Amal’s “magnificent” mothering, and now Amal’s mom is dishing on the couple’s bliss with their two little bundles of joy.
“Oh my god, Amal and George were so beautiful, they were so happy, so contented,” Baria Alamuddin told People. (The London-based journalist was lucky enough to be on hand for the twins’ birth.) “You just look at them and you feel like they’ve been a mother and father for their whole lives.” So sweet!
And when it comes to Ella and Alexander, who made their big arrival into the world this past Tuesday, Alamuddin says, “Seeing these two angels, these stunningly beautiful babies… cuddled together, and seeing the joy on Amal and George’s faces, it’s one of those deeply felt beautiful feelings you can’t express in words.”
It may be impossible to fully express in words, but we’re certainly sensing the joy and love around these two little baby Clooneys.
