Once the sun goes down, it's time to switch on all the ambient lights in your home. No big lights here, please. This pumpkin-shaped neon sign incorporates tons of cozy warm light, and it's a great affordable ($11!) piece to pick up to last your home decor game well into Halloween.

Amazon

Bsicpro Bathroom Rug

Bathroom decor can be hard to transition across seasons, especially since you don't want to cheese the space up too much with endless pumpkins. This autumnal-colored rug is an ideal swap for your regular decor and doesn't feel overly themed, either! It earns major points for being made of super-soft chenille.

Amazon

Luvadian Fall Poster

The bird! The acorns! The mushrooms! This poster's illustration is way too adorable. It will instantly fall-ify your space for just $14. If this pattern isn't quite your vibe, there are a few more fall ones to pick from for the same price.

Miulee Rust Pillow Covers

Rust orange is fall's BFF, especially when it comes to fall decor. I love the varied stripes on these 18x18-inch pillow covers. They could be a great pick-up for your space if your sofa or bedspread craves a bit more texture. This duo is crafted from soft corduroy to make lazing around all the more comfortable.

Amazon

12-Pack Artificial Pumpkins

Grab this dozen of pumpkins to sprinkle around the house in your own arrangement. Get creative with 'em! I would personally put a few on top of my fridge, one on my desk, and a few others on my bookshelf. This 12-pack goes for just $16, so if you had to make one single fall decor purchase, I think this is the smartest (and cutest) way to go to really fall-ify your home.

Amazon

Huminbo Boho Flowers

As much as designing your own floral arrangement is, that activity actually requires leaving the house (gasp!), and even then, your bouquet will wilt over time. With this artificial floral bundle, you don't have to worry about either of those things. There's a great variety between stems, plus you could creatively break up the bundle to decorate across several rooms at home.

Amazon

No matter what kind of day you're having, Marissa Cooper's having a worse one. Mischa Barton's The O.C. character went through the ringer during the first three seasons of the teen drama (remember how she overdosed in Tijuana...and also saw her parents post-hookup after their divorce?).

And during her time on The O.C., Mischa Barton struggled with drug and alcohol abuse. She was arrested for a DUI in 2007 and eventually received involuntary psychiatric hospitalization in 2009 after allegedly threatening to end her own life. And in a new interview, Peter Gallagher (who played Sandy Cohen on the show) says he's "just so grateful" for "the fact that she’s still alive."

  • Mischa Barton starred alongside Peter Gallagher in The O.C. from 2003-2006.
  • The actress has revealed the "trauma" of being a star at that point in her life.
  • Peter recently opened up about how he's thankful "she’s still alive."

The O.C. follows Ryan Atwood, who moves in with the Cohens after getting kicked out of his mom's house, and starts a relationship with Marissa shortly after. While Peter Gallagher played Adam Brody's TV dad instead of Mischa's, Sandy was a definitely father figure for Marissa, and it seems like Peter felt that same responsibility off camera.

"I’ve always felt very protective of her," Peter told The Independent. "First fame is toxic. First fame can kill you. She was 16 years old when she started working with us, so just the fact that she’s still alive, I’m just so grateful."

“You can go to therapy every day for the rest of your life,” Mischa said in a 2023 interview with The Sunday Times. “There’s just a certain amount of trauma [from] all that I went through, particularly in my early twenties, that just doesn’t go away overnight.”

Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage revealed that season 1 overdose not only served as a cliffhanger, but gave “network executives an escape hatch on a performer they had been wary about” (via People). But Mischa Barton got her big break, becoming "how people knew the show," and (thankfully) Marissa recovered — only to die after a car crash in season 3.

As hard as that season 3 ending is to watch, Mischa did have the opportunity to watch it with Rachel Bilson and Melinda Clarke for the first time on their rewatch podcast. "It needed to be a thing, after everything she's been through, but if it's here I'll watch it with you," Mischa says.

"I couldn't do it, Mischa, I couldn't do it," Rachel adds. "But I'm going to do it if you're going to do it."

Mischa says even though being written off the show "was a little bit of a bummer," it wasn't necessarily a surprise. "The character was just doing too much," she told Vanity Fairin 2023. "And I think they ran out of places for her to go. It was not the best thing in the world, [but] there wasn’t much you could do at that point. It was whether she could sail off into the sunset, or die. At that point, I guess it’s better to have the more dramatic ending.”

Every time I walk into Target, I feel like I'm entering a safe space. Seriously. It's like all the tension leaves my body and I can just explore with no care in the world. (Bonus points if I get a Starbucks fall drink along the way!). While Target is basically the grown-up Disney World, it also presents a problem when you want to buy something every single time you step foot inside. Well, we're problem solvers here at Brit + Co, and we found 13 pieces of Target decor you'll want to snag ASAP — especially since they're all under $10.

Target

Small Woven Pumpkin Dark Two Tone Pumpkin Figurines

Would it be a Target fall decor story if I didn't start with a pumpkin? I love that this cutie is 4 inches (small enough to go on shelves or in corners) almost as much as I love the fact it's $5. Plus, since it's neutral but two-toned, it'll match all your decor while providing tons of visual interest you might not get otherwise.

Target

Hops Stem

As someone who can barely keep plants alive, I have hopped on the faux plants trend. This hops stem will look great in a vase or on a shelf behind some picture frames (I'm already daydreaming about displaying it in a green glass vase). Buy multiples or mix and match with stems of other colors! It's only $5 so you'll definitely want to grab a few.

Target

15 fl oz Stoneware Mug

Ah, mugs. Home for all our coffee, soups, and hot tea. The flecked pattern and slightly wavy design makes this piece of Target fall decor look much more expensive than its $7 price tag. Use it for your go-to drink this fall and an ice cream sundae once the weather warms up again.

Target

13oz Grid Reactive Glaze Tapered Stoneware Mug

I really had to put two mugs in here — just look at this adorable grid design! It reminds me of all those blanket scarves I used to wear in high school. And it comes in both cream and green so you can take your pick of colorways (unless you decide to get both, which I respect).

Target

Mushroom Shaped Embroidered Cotton Throw Pillow Rust

There are very few things that are as cozy as a nice fall pillow, and there are very few things as autumnal as mushrooms. This pillow has the perfect shades of rust and gold to match your other fall decor, and right now it's on sale for only $8!

Target

5.75" Knit Quail Tail Cable Pumpkin Pink Halloween Decorative Figurine

If you're still on the hunt for a pumpkin but are looking for something a little softer, opt for a $5 cable knit figurine to complete your Target fall decor haul. It's creamy enough to go with your wackiest Halloween decorations, but it's also enough of a statement that it can stand on its own.

Target

16" Neon Green Jointed Skeleton Halloween Decorative Prop

Consider this a piece of the aforementioned wacky Halloween decor. Thanks to Challengers, lime green has been everywhere this year, and I'm just jumping at the chance to add it to my home. Not a fan of green? This $5 item also comes in pink and white!

Target

Single Snake Taper Candle Holder

I promised this list of Target fall decor would cap at $10, and this is one of the only items I'll bend the rules for. This $10 gold snake might end up costing a few extra dollars for shipping, but it reminded me so much of Reputation (Taylor's Version) that I couldn't not include it.

Target

Jute Decorative Charger Brown

Bring some festivity to your dinner table with a $6 charger. There's so much detail for a single item that your table will feel dressed up, even if there's nothing but chargers, plates, and napkins!

Target

Dried Scented Filler Warm Cider and Cinnamon

Growing up, nothing felt like fall until my mom put out our autumn filler. Just the memory of the apple, cinnamon, and cloves make me homesick, and I'm running to grab this $10 filler! Place in a bowl like pictured, or opt for a decorative holder.

Target

4pk Taper Set Twist

We can't forget the candles! These decorative, tapered candles come at $10 for a pack of four (making them $2.50 a piece), and both their design and color make them totally stand out. Plus nothing makes a casual dinner feel fancier like candlesticks!

Target

Hand Towel

A very easy way to switch up the vibe of your home for a new season is to choose towels that match up with your idea of that season's color palette. I love jewel tones for fall as much as I love sage & lavender for spring. This magenta towel (which is on sale for $7!) is a great place to start.

Which piece of Target fall decor is your favorite? Considering they're all under $10...yeah I'm getting a few. Looking to splurge a bit? Check out 14 Pairs Of Target Shoes That Are Freakin’ Perfect For Fall.

Former Disney Channel star Dylan Sprouse and model Barbara Palvin are certainly living the sweet life after tying the knot in Palvin's native Hungary. The couple, who have been together for nearly five years, have always been pretty low-key — except for the occasional and undeniably adorable Instagram post (and a stunning wedding!). We are simply ~obsessed~ with this celebrity couple, especially after they pulled out all the stops for their couple's Halloween costume. Keep scrolling to see some of their best moments :').

See Dylan Sprouse & Barbara Palvin's Halloween Couple's Costume!

For Halloween Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin stunned as the Phantom and Christine from Phantom of the Opera. Dylan wore a mask and a black cape, while Barbara wore a beautiful white dress. While the costume is obviously a nod to the musical, it also totally reminds us of their day as bride and groom.

"In Sleep He Sang to Me," Barbara said in a post, quoting the musical's titular number. "@dylansprouse my forever Phantom."

Who did Dylan Sprouse marry?

www.instagram.com

On the couple's wedding day (July 15, 2023), Barbara wore a Vivienne Westwood wedding gown to celebrate her Hungarian nuptials, bringing together their nearest and dearest for an intimate(-ish) celebration. Barbara and Dylan tied the knot on her parent's property, which conveniently doubles as an event venue, with plans to host an larger wedding in California in the fall.

"This past weekend was supposed to be an intimate event, but we ended up having 115 guests in the end because there are a lot of people we care about, and we wanted them all to be there," Barbara told Vogue.

When did Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin get engaged?

Barbara Palvin on Instagram: "♥️"

After months of speculation surrounding the couple's engagement, Dylan and Barbara confirmed their engagement in conversation with Sprouse's twin brother, actor Cole Sprouse, for V Magazine in June, sharing that they got engaged last September.

"We didn't necessarily feel the need to be fully transparent with the public about that aspect of our engagement," Dylan said. "What we wanted to do with Stephen [Gan, V editor-in-chief] and the V team is make something that was kind of tongue-in-cheek about the nature of private versus public. We're playing with the idea of perception."

Barbara noted that the lovebirds wanted to announce the news "on our time," adding, "When some people leaked the information that we got engaged, our PR team was like, 'Hey, so you guys should do maybe a post about it or talk to this magazine or talk to that magazine…' That really annoyed me because I knew we were building this story up. So, I'm very happy that we ended up doing it our way."

According to People, the couple met back in 2017 after a party when the Suite Life On Deck star slid into the model’s DMs (and as they say, the rest is history). The duo made their relationship Instagram official back in 2018 with Barbara’s sweet birthday tribute for Dylan’s 26th birthday.

Let’s be real here for a second though, we all knew they were endgame the minute Dylan went above and beyond to support Barbara at the Victoria Secret Fashion Show that same year (remember this viral video?). Three days after the fashion show, the Hungarian model told Vogue Australia that she hadn’t had a boyfriend in six years, but had now found “the perfect guy” in Dylan (we aren’t crying, you are).

How old are Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse?

Barbara Palvin was born on October 8, 1993, making her 31 years old. Dylan Sprouse was born on August 4, 1992, meaning he's 32 years old. So there's only a one-year age gap between them!
