With no shortage of winter-cations up your sleeve, you’re bound to find yourself at a ski resort in the weeks to come (#goals). Maybe it’s your first time hitting the slopes or perhaps you’re on the verge of reaching Olympian status. Either way, we all *know* it’s the festivities (cough, cough, boozing and schmoozing) following an afternoon spent skiing, sledding and snowboarding that are known to raise an eyebrow or two. Thankfully, you need not know the difference between alpine and nordic skiing to nail that coveted après ski look that every Instababe seems to be sporting these days. In a nutshell, anything remotely lumberjack and log cabin-inspired will do. Ahead, we’re bringing you 20 snow bunny-approved pieces — everything from intarsia knits and cozy sweatshirts to ugly-pretty all-weather boots — that will have you combating the elements in style.
Quiet luxury had a beautiful run in 2023, but the mob wife aesthetic has entered the style group chat and is telling everyone their days of embracing side character energy is over. When I think of this trend, I can picture Elvira Hancock from Scarface and Carmela Soprano from The Sopranos in all of their glamorous glory. Also, while she may not have been a mob wife exactly, we can't forget Fran Drescher's style in The Nanny— her gaudy and expressive style continues to have impactful influence.
While I'll never suggest your lifestyle has to mirror the mob wife aesthetic, I do have a few tricks up my sleeve that'll help you effortlessly embody it.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Coats
Alice + Olivia Jarrett Vegan Leather Maxi Coat
The first unofficial rule of this trend is to make sure your winter coats are top tier. You'll want to go for a classic silhouette — similar to this vegan leather maxi coat — that makes a subtle statement. I've found that hunter green coats serve as a great neutral for just about anything in your closet so you can't go wrong with this!
Nasty Gal Raw Denim Oversized Trench Coat
For something that's the perfect mix of casual and edgy, this denim oversized trench coat will get the job done. It's a gentle nod to the mob wife aesthetic that's sure to elevate your outfits.
Nasty Gal Premium Bonded Faux Leather Borg Maxi Aviator Jacket
Should you want something that feels more casual without skimping on style, this maxi aviator jacket is an option you'll love wearing.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Blazers
Michael Michael Kors Metallic Tweed Jacket
One of the best parts about the mob wife aesthetic are the cute blazers you get to wear. This metallic tweed jacket can be worn with a pair of tailored trousers or straight leg jeans if you're headed to brunch during the day.
ALESSANDRA RICH Zebra-Printed Cotton Blazer
Make a statement with this zebra print blazer! You may even stop traffic because it commands attention.
Alexia Admor Olya Notch Lapel Belted Blazer
Ah, here's another gorgeous green number that lets people know that you're standing on business despite how chic you may look.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Blouses
Lulu's Black Chiffon Top
Thanks to the mob wives aesthetic, this is the year your closet will have a few more blouses added to it.
Banana Republic Crinkle Volume-Sleeve Blouse
If the thought of wearing chiffon makes you shudder, you can wear this volume-sleeve blouse.
Alice + Olivia Finely Open Back Button Blouse
I'm a huge fan of blouses that have the "business in the front, party in the back" detail like Alice + Olivia's design.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Skirts
H&M Knit A-line Mini Skirt
Keep it cute and chic with this knit A-line mini skirt.
Vince Leather Straight Skirt (Hickory)
Or, bring the drama with a midi leather skirt that has the mob wife aesthetic written all over it.
Meshki Mura Pleated Mini Skirt (Lemon)
For a playful look, pair this pleated mini skirt with a cute blazer or knit sweater.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Dresses
Hutch Asymmetrical Lace Mix Slip Dress
This lace slip dress has enough sex appeal for the both of us!
Reformation Felda Dress (Leo)
Whether you're dining at the most popular Italian restaurant in town or heading straight to a blues club, this dress falls in line with the mob wife aesthetic.
Reformation Irisa Dress (Grand Dame)
I can see it now — you wearing this dress with a cute cardigandraped over your shoulders.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Tights
Calzedonia Tulle 40 Dernier Lace Ruffle Thigh Highs
I highly recommend that you consider pairing these tights with the above Reformation Irisa dress!
Spanx Plush Tummy Shaping Tights
However, you can a touch of mystery to your mob wife aesthetic by wearing tights that aren't sheer.
Wolford Josey Tights
Your expressive outfit won't be complete without these leopard print tights from Wolford!
Merjuri Easy Huggie Hoops
If you have multiple ear piercings, Merjuri's gold hoops are a quaint accessory that's still on par with this fun trend.
Kendra Scott Mikki Pave Huggie Earrings in Gold
Another option is to wear a pair of small hoop earrings that are encrusted with gems.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Bracelets
Baublebar Melissa Cuff Bracelet
Let your wrist do the talking with Baublebar's gold cuff bracelet.
Ross-Simons 18kt Gold Over Sterling Jewelry Set: Three Bolo Bracelets
Break out this 18kt gold bracelet set for during date night.
Jessica Simpson Brykia Boot (Malbec)
If you have a Merlot-colored coat at home, wear it with this pointed-toe boot.
Gianni Bini x Nastia Liukin Parker Crocodile Embossed Leather Tall Boots
Crocodile embossed boots are the thing to wear if you still want to turn heads in a toned down outfit.
Mob Wife Aesthetic — Heels
Christian Louboutin So Kate Patent Pointed-Toe Red Sole Pump
The mob wives aesthetic is practically begging for you to have at least one pair of significant black pumps.
Public Desire Legacy Gold Croc Barely There Pointed Toe Stiletto Heels
However, glamour is on the other line and it wants you to throw caution to the wind by wearing gold heels.
Sam Edelman Hazel Pointed Toe Pump (Brown Brahma)
If the rest of your outfit is starting to feel like quiet luxury, slip into these brown and cream patterned pumps to wake it up.
How do you feel about the mob wife aesthetic?

The Holiday Crackers Trader Joe’s Shoppers Are Calling “So Delicious” Are Only In Stores For A Limited Time
After several Christmases, I have fully assumed the role of charcuterie-maker in my family. I geek out over arranging everything to be as perfect as possible – I’m talkin’ meats, cheeses, olives, nuts, peppers, dips, breads, and of course, crackers.
As a self-proclaimed pro, the signature mark of a great charcuterie spread is having plenty of unique flavor combos – and Trader Joe’s latest limited-edition innovation is just the thing I’ve been searching for to complete my snacky plans!
Trader Joe's
Trader Joe’s Stollen Crisps have the people going crazy. While you’d normally assume crackers to be a savory treat, these crispy bites boast raisins, orange and lemon peels, and a “dusting” of powdered sugar.
The Stollen Crisps mimic the grocery chain’s famous Fig & Olive Crisps (which also inspired the late seasonal Raisin & Rosemary Crisps and Strawberry & Jalapeño Crisps) by combining unexpected sweet notes with a savory-leaning base. Every bite will leave your Christmas dinner guests reeling!
TJ’s fanatic @traderjoeslist recently reviewed the Trader Joe’s Stollen Crisps on their Instagram account, and plenty of shoppers chimed in to share their thoughts on them – including some epic snacking combinations.
“Those are soooo good!!” one person said enthusiastically. “I [took] the lemon ricotta and blended it with some heavy cream and a pinch of sugar. OMG. Sooooo good!!!!”
“I’ve been enjoying them with brie!” another commenter wrote.
“I had these last year and couldn’t wait for them to come back,” someone else commented. “Excellent with cheese - cuts the sweetness.”
Trader Joe's
The Trader Joe’s Stollen Crisps currently go for $4.29 for 5.3 ounces worth of crunchy crackers. They have the perfect balance of sweet and savory, qualifying them as the ideal cracker to add to your Christmas plans this year. Even if you normally don’t opt for out-there flavors like this, you’re definitely going to change your mind after a bite with brie.
You’ve gotta be quick, though – this Trader Joe’s marvel is only on shelves for a limited time. Though there’s not a concrete end date for this snack, it’ll likely be gone right after the holidays. Time to stock up!

FacebookTaylor Swift's Eras Tour may have officially come to a close, but she only just revealed one of the biggest mysteries of the $2 billion cultural phenomenon: her cleaning cart. If you're confused, let me break it down for you really quickly. Every night of the tour, Taylor Swift had to sneak onstage before the show, and fans predicted very early on that she hid in a cleaning cart that crossed the grounds shortly before everything started. It quickly became tradition for concert-goers to cheer every time the cart made its nightly pilgrimage to the stage, applauding for what they assumed to be their favorite singer taking her place backstage.
While she confirmed her makeshift vehicle in the "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart" music video, she's finally giving us a peek behind the curtain — or rather, the cleaning cart. Here's what she posted!
Scroll to see what the inside of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour cleaning cart actually looks like!
Taylor looks totally adorable, posing in her opening set body suit while sitting on a black chair in the cleaning cart. While understanding how the "August" singer got around in the cart would have been enough for me, there's plenty more inside to unpack, too. Here's everything I noticed in the cart:
- A floral cat illustration: Such classic cat-lover behavior.
- Printed out "Animals of the Day" flyer featuring Olivia, Meredith, and Benjamin: She's such a proud cat mom!
- A painting of a waterside town: Fans pointed out all over social media that this is potentially Cardiff, one of her many stops on the tour.
- More hanging and taped-up decor: I'm dying to know what else Taylor wants to see before she hits the stage!
- A little gold and red trinket on a ledge: Is Taylor a trinket girl?!
- A little fan in the corner: And thank goodness, because you know that girl puts in hard work on that stage!
