17 Incredible Things to Do, See, and Eat at Disney Parks This Summer

Get out your calendar, text your BFFs, and start searching for the cheapest flights — now’s the time to plan an unforgettable Disney Parks adventure for this summer. Think of the churros, the hottest new Minnie ears, and all of those fun Pixar experiences to be had. A seriously good time is guaranteed for everyone, especially when checking out all the new offerings at the parks from Pixar Pier and Toy Story Land, to a fresh array of tempting cocktails at the Lamplight Lounge. Scroll on to see what’s in store at the happiest places on Earth right now!

Disneyland

1. Go to Pixar Fest at Disneyland. Pixar Fest is in full swing throughout the summer (it ends on September 3). While there you can eat adorable Pixar-inspired foods and buy cute Pixar gear, and make sure to catch a set of TripleDent Gum presents The Pixarmonic Orchestra playing iconic Pixar ditties. Plus, you won’t be able to resist those Alien macarons! Check out our guide to 32 things you’ve gotta do while at Pixar Fest. (Photo via Joshua Sudock/Disneyland Resort)

2. Explore Pixar Pier. June 23 marks the opening of the much-anticipated Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure. The Boardwalk celebrates all things Pixar with four distinct neighborhoods: Incredibles Park will focus on The Incredibles (of course), Toy Story Boardwalk will surround the ever-popular Toy Story Midway Mania attraction with a couple of new food venues like Poultry Palace (based on the Pixar short, Toy Story Toons: Small Fry), as well as Señor Buzz Churros paying a delicious homage to when Buzz was stuck on Spanish mode. Pixar Promenade will feature games like Heimlich’s Candy Corn Toss, Wall-E Space Race, La Luna Star Catcher, and Bullseye Stallion Stampede. And you won’t want to miss Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff for treats, or Angry Dogs for a spicy Inside Out-inspired dog (there will also be a whole section dedicated to Inside Out, but that’s scheduled to open at a later date). (Photo via Joshua Sudock/Disneyland Resort)

3. Ride the Incredicoaster. The centerpiece of Pixar Pier is the new incarnation of the old coaster California Screaming. This Incredibles-inspired ride features a cool mid-century-modern-style ride loading area, a fresh look for the coaster vehicles, and brand new superhero-worthy moments throughout the ride starring the adorable Jack-Jack. (Photo via Disneyland Resort)

4. Grab a drink at the Lamplight Lounge. The Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure is inspired by a bar in Emeryville, CA, where Pixar animators hang out during off hours. The bar will serve up tasty cocktails such as the Over Budget (vodka, passion fruit, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and ginger beer) and the Last Word (aperitif wine, pêche liqueur, Amontillado sherry, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar, and soda water). Along with the drinks, the lounge will offer California casual gastropub cuisine with a playful twist. Cove Bar diehards (which this lounge replaces) won’t be too sad; the lobster nachos will still be on the menu. (Photo via Disneyland Resort)

5. Pucker up at Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats. Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats, a reference to the Yeti in Monsters, Inc., serves up “It’s Lemon!” as well as “It’s Chocolate!” and “It’s Vanilla.” Be warned: People are already lining up for an hour or more to get one of these tasty cones, but apparently, it’s worth the wait! (Photo via Joshua Sudock/Disneyland Resort)

6. Meet Edna. There’s a new photo op must at Disneyland and Disney World. You can now meet the chic, stylish, and always opinionated Edna Mode from The Incredibles. In Disneyland, she will be holding court in Disney California Adventure, and at Disney World, she’ll be hanging out in the Magic Kingdom. (Photo via Joshua Sudock/Disneyland Resort)

7. Go to A Bug’s Land while you can. Pixar’s A Bug’s Land will be closing later this year, so this will be your last chance to take a ride on Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train, soar through the air on Flik’s Flyers, or scurry around on Francis’ Ladybug Boogie. The area will permanently close (around September) to make way for a Marvel-themed land. (Photo via Disneyland Resort)

8. Sneak into the Tropical Hideaway in Adventureland. Adventureland in Disneyland really needed another place to sit, relax, and grab a beverage or a bite, so we’re super excited for this particular Tropical Hideaway. Nestled between the Jungle Cruise and Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, the new restaurant will take what was once Aladdin’s Oasis and transform it into an exotic escape inspired by the iconic rides next door. While there’s no specific date set yet, we’re hoping it’ll be open later this summer. (Photo via Disneyland Parks)

Disney World

9. Visit Toy Story Land. A land dedicated to our favorite animated toys?! Yes, please! Beginning June 30, visitors will have the sensation that they’ve been shrunk to the size of a toy and will have the chance to explore Andy’s backyard alongside the likes of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie. Slinky Dog Dash (a whimsical roller coaster) and Alien Swirling Saucer (promising to be “out of this world”) will be joining the always popular attraction Toy Story Mania in the new land located in Hollywood Studios. Make sure to stop by Woody’s Lunch Box for a variety of Toy Story-themed eats. (Photo via Disney World Resorts)

10. Make your summer truly incredible. In anticipation of Incredibles 2 (coming out this summer), there will be a big old celebration of the Parr family and friends in the Magic Kingdom. At the Incredible Tomorrowland Expo, visitors can meet Mr. Incredible, Frozone, Mrs. Incredible, and the before-mentioned Edna Mode, as well as attend the Super Party Time stage show. Of course, there will be special foodie offerings including the adorable Mrs. Incredible Pretzel Mask. The festivities will be going on throughout the summer until September 3. (Photo via Matt Stroshane/Disney World Resorts)

11. Shop at DisneyStyle at Disney Springs. We don’t exactly need an excuse to go shopping, but this one is a goodie. The DisneyStyle shop has just opened in Disney Springs West Side and is stocked with statement shirts, spirit jerseys, cute pins, and all the princess, Minnie, and Mickey gear you’ll need to make your visit even more stylish. (Photo via Disney World Resorts)

12. Take a photo in front of the Purple Wall with a Purple Wall Slush. Head to the entrance of Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom and snap a few pics in front of the newly enhanced #purplewall (yes, it has its own hashtag). This Insta-worthy wall has become almost as popular as taking a photo with Mickey and Minnie! Make the visit even better by grabbing a Purple Wall Slush, a taro tea slushie with tapioca boba pearls, whipped cream, and purple sprinkles. (Photo via Disney World Resort)

13. Party in summer style at the Disney H2O Glow Nights. On select nights (from June 21 to August 11) Toy Story characters take over Typhoon Lagoon Water Park for the Disney H2O Glow Nights. Inspired by the Pixar Toy Story short film Partysaurus Rex, the event includes a dance party, character meet-and-greets, and a variety of tempting food and drink offerings. Plus water — lots and lots of water. (Photo via Disney Parks)

14. Hang out with the Guardians of the Galaxy. After getting a cocktail or two at Epcot’s World Showcase, party it up with Star-Lord and Gamora at the Guardians of the Galaxy — Awesome Mix Live. The two will delight your ears with a “musical journey through the cosmos” as part of the Incredible Summer festivities from June 9 to August 19. This will get everyone ready for the Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired coaster opening in 2021. (Photo via Disney World Resorts)

15. Avoid the crowds during Disney After Hours. If you’d rather have a more intimate Walt Disney World excursion with way fewer people, consider staying up late and getting tickets to Disney After Hours. During 11 select nights from June to September, visitors can take advantage of a three-hour window where lines will be extremely short, and popcorn, ice cream, and select beverages will be passed out for free. They had us at the no-lines part. (Photo via Disney World Resorts)

16. Sip some vino at Wine Bar George. Famed master sommelier George Miliotes has just opened Wine Bar George in the heart of Disney Springs. On the menu are over 130 wines served by the ounce, glass, or bottle as well as small (and big) plates like grilled octopus, porchetta spiced pork cheeks, and the “Chocolate Experience” (a pairing of three wines and three chocolates). (Photo via Disney World Resorts)

17. Spend some quality time with Donald Duck and pals. Forget about Minnie and Mickey, go hang out with Donald! Join Donald Duck, LaunchPad, and Scrooge McDuck as they take over Dinoland, USA, in Animal Kingdom for a “Dino-Tastic” Celebration for Donald Duck. (Photo via Matt Stroshane/Disney World Resort)

We're suckers for any show that takes place in a small town (especially when fall rolls around), and our personal favorite show to watch for all the fall vibes is Gilmore Girls. There's so much to love about this series: coffee, wacky small-town traditions, cozy sweaters, more coffee. We're obsessed with all of the characters, and while the show is serious enough to hold our attention, it doesn't really cross into crazy soap opera territory.

While this comfort show has captivated fall lovers around the world, did you know that there's actually a town in Connecticut that inspired creator and writer Amy Sherman-Palladino? Washington, Connecticut is just as cozy and cute as Stars Hollow, and it has a lot of similar locations to what you see in the show. Real-life versions of Luke's Diner, The Dragonfly Inn, and even Doose's Market can all be found in Washington.

Turn on Gilmore Girls (or the Year in the Liferevival) on Netflix to get into the fall spirit, and check out these sites without even leaving your couch (until you decide to book a trip, that is).

Brit + Co's "Gilmore Girls" Guide To Washington, Connecticut

New England Lifestyle | Courtney on Instagram: "What do you love most about fall? For me, it is the slowness that comes in early November when the leaves are just past peak and my wedding season is ending for the year. It is a gentle slowness after a fast summer and early fall that cultivates gratitude and appreciation. I love exploring all the small New England towns near our home, picking up and admiring leaves, and enjoying a cup of a seasonal spiced tea on a chilly autumn morning. 🍂 Photo collaboration with @worldsofdiscovery . . . . #yankeemagazine #connecticutcharm #connecticut_igers #newengland_igers #connecticutgram #connecticutlife #connecticutphotographer #connecticutmagazine #visitlitchfieldct #litchfieldcounty #autumninnewengland #theconnecticutcouple #thenewenglandcouple #livelovelytravel #livelovely #theeverygirltravels #wanderlust #cottagecore #simpleliving #slowliving"

Once you get to Washington, there are tons of locations you can visit and activities you can partake in to make you feel like you're in Stars Hollow. It's fairly simple to get to Washington — you can drive right into town if you're taking a car, but there are also two train stations that are around a 20-minute taxi drive from town.

There are actually five villages within Washington — Washington Green, Washington Depot, New Preston, Marbledale, and Woodville — with different aspects of the Gilmore Girls experience. You can go pumpkin and apple picking and explore Hopkins Vineyard's Annual Wine & Cheese Market. If you're into outdoor activities, go for a hike on one of the trails or go for a bike ride. Whatever you choose to do, you won't be disappointed with the scenery — U.S. News named Washington one of the best small towns to see fall foliage!

Where To Stay In Washington, Connecticut

www.instagram.com

Mayflower Inn, Auberge Resorts on Instagram: "Embrace the autumn glow in New England with one-of-a-kind experiences at our idyllic Connecticut inn located in the rolling Litchfield Hills. Whether taking a hike through Steep Rock Preserve hosted by THE WELL at Mayflower Inn or venturing on a fishing expedition to learn the art of a fly cast, infinite memories await. Call 866.217.0869 or visit us online to learn more. 📸: @jennycipoletti"

We're pretty sure that if you're taking a Gilmore Girls trip to Washington, Connecticut, that you'll want to stay in the Mayflower Inn & Spa. Sherman-Palladino says that her stay in the inn, and in town, inspired the concept of the show and the environment she wanted to create, so this is a surefire way to get in the Gilmore Girls spirit.

AirBnb

If you want something more akin to Lorelai and Rory's home, you can check out some AirBnb's around town like this sunny Colonial homefor a more homey and private experience. This house offers lake access, an indoor fireplace, and a private patio for the whole family.

www.instagram.com

The Hopkins Inn on Instagram: "A perfect day at the Hopkins!!! Photo by @hopkinsvineyard winemaker @jimbaker1240"

Hopkins Inn is another great option that will let you kick up your feet and relax. It sits right on the north shore of Lake Waramaug, and it has been hosting guests since 1847. During warmer months, you can check out the Hopkins Inn beach but when temps drop during the fall, the grounds are a great place to check out the fall foliage.

What To Do In Washington, Connecticut

www.instagram.com

Along with town sites like the Henry David Thoreau Bridge or Hidden Valley Preserve that look beautiful during the fall, you can also do some shopping for unique accessories at stores like J. Seitz & Co. that Lorelai would love, and colorful stationery at D.K. Schulman Design that would get Rory's stamp of approval.

If you want to really feel like you're in the middle of Stars Hollow, take a walk around the Washington Green Historic District to see the town's colonial architecture, the First Congregational Church Meetinghouse, and the Gunn Historical Museum for a dose of history. Similar to Stars Hollow's town square, the Green is the center for a lot of the events in Washington. You can check out festivals and fairs, or bring a picnic lunch like the characters do in "A-Tisket, A-Tasket" (although you won't have to bid on anyone to win their company).

It wouldn't be a Gilmore Girls trip without a visit to the local bookstore, and the Hickory Stick Bookshop is one of the best places in Washington, Connecticut, to check out both books and stationery. The store has been around for 60 years, and it even has a “Rory Reads Book List.”

Gilmore Girls combines a local diner and hardware store into Luke's (since he turned his father's hardware store into the diner), but in Washington, you can visit both! Check out the Washington Supply Company before eating at Marty’s Café or The Po Café (more on those later), and get your family together for a mini town hall meeting at the Bryan Memorial Town Hall.

For a glimpse at a real-life Doose's Market, visit Washington Food Market, which is the only full-service grocery store in town. It's been in the same location for more than 100 years and is a family-run business, which we love. Keep your eyes peeled for Dean stocking the shelves while you get some Gilmore-approved food.

www.instagram.com

The Smithy & 9 Main on Instagram: "Sunny Saturday at The Smithy☀️ #smithy #sunshine #sunnyday #shoplocal #localfood #smallbusiness #market #newprestonct #washingtonct #litchfieldcountyct"

We're pretty sure that the most important thing you could consume on a Gilmore Girls weekend is coffee. Good thing there are multiple options! Grab a cup of your favorite caffeinated beverage at The Smithy, Marty’s Café, or The Po Café (or grab a cup from all three). If you decide not to order breakfast, stop into The Pantry for a pastry.

Just like Lorelai and Rory often stop into Luke's, get your fill of burgers, desserts, and pastries from restaurants like the G.W. Tavern, which will hold you over until you can make some Gilmore Girls recipes of your own.

Following in the footsteps of Spider-Man: No Way Home and Dr. Strange: Multiverse of Madness, literally EVERYONE is talking about the cast for Deadpool 3 (officially titled Deadpool & Wolverine). Rumors have been circulating for quite awhile about names like Channing Tatum, Elizabeth Olsen, and Taron Egerton making cameos in the new Marvel movie, but there's one potential casting that had Twitter going crazy: Taylor Swift.

Thanks to Harry Styles' appearance in Eternals, the popstar to superhero pipeline is something we know ~all too well~. Even though the popstar didn't end up making an appearance, we were even happier to see (or rather, hear) Blake Lively in the movie! Here's everything we know about Deadpool 3 — and AND Blake Lively's role.

Is Deadpool and Wolverine streaming?

Marvel Studios/Disney

Yes, you can rent Deadpool & Wolverine on platforms like Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime! There's nothing like fighting the universe's biggest and baddest in the comfort of your own home.

Is Blake Lively Lady Deadpool?

Blake Lively/Instagram

Yes! Blake Lively makes a cameo as the masked Lady Deadpool, while Inez Reynolds appears as Kid Pool and Olin Reynolds makes their onscreen debut as Baby pool. In an Instagram post celebrating Deadpool & Wolverine, Blake Lively revealed the first time Ryan Reynolds told her about "meta" superhero Deadpool was when they were working on The Green Lantern.

"We understood in theory, but how it would come together for an audience was murky, for everyone but [Ryan]. It wasn’t a real dream. The movie was never gonna happen," she says. "Just before all this in 2010, [Rob Liefeld] drew an unmasked Lady Deadpool for the first time." Lady Deadpool is an alternate universe's version of the famed superhero.

"12 years later I read Rob’s post," she continues. "A year after that, @deadpoolmovie 3 was filmed...The universe has such a magical sense of humor sometimes."

Some fans immediately jumped to the conclusion Blake is in the new Deadpool movie, especially after she rocked a Lady Deadpool-esque 'fit + high pony to the premiere alongside BFF Gigi Hadid.

Is Taylor Swift in Deadpool 3?

Image via Kevin Winter/Getty Images for dcp

No, Taylor Swift is not in Deadpool 3. But this dazzlingfan art will have to tide us over until she decides to make an appearance!

In a new interview with Fandango, Ryan Reynolds addressed the cameo rumors...kind of. “There’s so much speculation about so many people that might end up in the film,” Ryan says. “I saw one that was convinced that Elvis is in the movie. Anything can happen and that’s sort of what I love about this universe. Surprises are the essence of Deadpool.”

The rumor that Taylor Swift will appear as Dazzler (which has been on the internet since Taylor tooka picture with the cast and crew of 2016's X-Men: Apocalypse) gained traction after a video from The DisInsider. The mutant, a singer who can turn sound into light, has been one of MCU boss Kevin Feige's favorites for a long time.

"Many years ago I asked Kevin Feige if he were to ever direct his own Marvel movie, which character would he want to focus on," Fandago's Eric Davis tweeted. "He said Dazzler. He’s a big fan."

In addition to manipulating sound and light, Dazzler (whose real name, Alison, also happens to be Taylor's middle name) can also create holograms. "The louder the source, the more powerful the output," says Marvel's official site. "She can also shoot bursts of light out of her fingers, hands, eyes, and other parts."

Not only would the character's popstar similarities make sense, but Taylor is also good friends with Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively. Their kids have been included in Taylor's music (like the intro to Reputation's "Gorgeous" and the names of folklore's fictional characters). Ryan lent Taylor his Deadpool suit for Halloween and both the Deadpool 3 announcement and All Too Well: The Short Film were filmed in Ryan and Blake's house.

On February 16, the official Australian Marvel Entertainment account posted a photo of some Deadpool and Wolverine friendship bracelets, in addition to a rainbow bracelet confirming the July 25 release date. "Besties," the caption reads. Considering Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has become known for friendship bracelets, and she was in Australia at the time.

Who's in the Deadpool & Wolverine cast?

Marvel Studios/Disney

In addition to Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, we'll see Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Stefan Kapičić as Colossus, Brianna Hildebrand as Warhead, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio, Owen Wilson as Mobius (who became a fan favorite after Loki), as well as Succession's Matthew Macfadyen and The Crown's Emma Corrin.

As far as cameos, Deadpool & Wolverine did not disappoint! We also see Jennifer Garner as Elektra from 2003's Daredevil and 2005's Elektra, Chris Evans as the original Fantastic 4's Johnny Storm, Wesley Snipes as Blade, and Dafne Keen as Laura/X-23 from Logan. Channing Tatum also appears as Gambit.

What's the Deadpool 3 release date?

Marvel Studios/Disney

Deadpool 3 hits theaters July 26, 2024. The movie was originally scheduled for May 3, 2024, but because of the strikes happening in Hollywood, it became one of many delayed movies.

What is Deadpool & Wolverine about?

Marvel Studios/Disney

Ryan Reynolds announced Deadpool & Wolverine with a hilarious Instagram post on September 27, 2022. "[Deadpool's] first appearance in the MCU obviously needs to feel special," he says in the video. (The first Deadpool was distributed by 20th Century Fox). "We need to stay true to the character." He goes on to joke that despite all his brainstorming, he has no ideas for the film — except bringing back Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.

"Hey Hugh," Ryan says as Hugh crosses the background of the video. "You want to play Wolverine one more time?"

"Yeah, sure Ryan," Hugh responds.

The announcement immediately started trending on social media (Ryan's original post currently has 3.8M likes), and while we don't have many official plot details yet (Marvel loves to keep their surprises, well, surprising), we do know that time travel will play a role.

Watch the hilarious, gory, and unhinged Deadpool 3 trailer here! The movie brings the classic funny-yet-gory story we've come to expect from Ryan Reynolds, but it also introduces newer MCU details like the TVA from Loki and the next chapter of superheroes thanks to Wolverine! We haven't seen the X-Men in the MCU before and I cannot wait to see how they make their mark on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Is there a Wolverine variant in Deadpool & Wolverine?

Marvel Studios/Disney

Yes, Deadpool 3 shows us multiple Wolverines — not just Hugh Jackman's version. We also see Henry Cavill! After the introduction of the TVA, the multiverse, and series like What If? (not to mention Dr. Strange and the Multiverse of Madness giving us John Krasinski as Mr. Fantastic!!), literally anything is possible when it comes to casting in the MCU these days.

Is Deadpool's girlfriend alive in Deadpool 3?

Marvel Studios/Disney

Yes, it appears that Vanessa is alive in Deadpool 3what?! Turns out, Wade used a time device (with a little help from Warhead and Yukio) to go back and save her before she met her untimely end. However, it looks like that one decision gets him trouble with the Time Variance Authority (TVA). TBH, he shouldn't be surprised. They don't mess around.

Why is Deadpool 3 part of the MCU?

Joe Lederer/Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation/IMDb

After Disney acquired 21st Century Fox in 2019, characters like the X-Men, Deadpool, and the Fantastic Four joined the MCU. Hugh Jackman's involvement in Deadpool 3 marks Wolverine's introduction to the MCU. And we finally got official word that our Fantastic Four will be played by The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal, The Crown's Vanessa Kirby, Stranger Things' Joseph Quinn, and The Bear's Ebon Moss-Bachrach. Talk about a star-studded cast!

Are you excited about the cast for Deadpool 3? Let us know in the comments and check out the rest of this year's Summer Movies!

Sugar and Soul

Harry Potter Amortentia Potion Cocktail

One of our favorite potions in the Wizarding World is Amortentia (the love potion) for a few simple reasons: it's pink, it's glittery, and it's romantic. Need we say more? You won't want to wait until Valentine's Day to make your own considering it features homemade grenadine. Yes, please! (via Sugar and Soul)

The Starving Chef

The Howler

Mrs. Weasley's Howler (a magical letter that audibly reads itself to you, FYI) is one of the most memorable aspects of The Chamber of Secrets. Feast and West

Harry Potter Boozy Frozen Butterbeer

We couldn't tell you how many times we wanted to try Butterbeer growing up (the scene in The Half-Blood Prince movie where all the characters spend time at The Three Broomsticks played a pivotal role in this craving). Now not only can we make it ourselves, but we can make it boozy. Say no more! The secret here is going to be a butterscotch schnapps + vanilla vodka combo. Wow. (via Feast and West)

Liquid Luck [Felix Felicis]

This might be the easiest drink you've ever made — it only requires three ingredients! Liquid Luck's most recognizable feature is its golden shimmer so don't be afraid to add a lot of edible glitter and by a lot, we mean a lot. (via In Literature)

In the Harry Potter universe, gillyweed is a plant that, when consumed, gives you gills and webbed fingers and toes. While we don't have gillyweed, you can swap it for cucumber, mint, and limes. We'd definitely consider this drink to be the most magical water ever! (via Whip & Wander)

Unicorn Blood Harry Potter Cocktail

In the Harry Potter books and movies, unicorn blood is silver and has the power to keep someone alive. Talk about a powerful drink! This Harry Potter cocktail uses Elderflower liqueur and Creme de Violette to get that gray finish. Feel free to add edible glitter for some extra sparkle. (via Gastronom)

Half Baked Harvest

Death Eater Negroni

This dark and moody version of the classic drink is the perfect thing to sip on during your next Harry Potter marathon, Halloween get together, or any regular night of the week. Gin, pomegranate juice, and Campari come together to create something magical. (via Half Baked Harvest)

Butterbeer Cocktail

While nonalcoholic recipes for Butterbeer abound, this version has some kick, thanks to vanilla vodka, butterscotch schnapps and a glug of Guinness. A couple of these will have you dancing around like happy house elves. (via Cooking With Curls)

The Flavor Bender

Peach and Raspberry Unicorn Blood Cocktail

The secret to this gorgeous-looking cocktail is the “shimmery liqueur” recipe, which provides the magical silvery swirls. But it’s the homemade raspberry puree that makes it taste so delicious. Disclaimer: No unicorns are harmed in the making of this Harry Potter cocktail. (via The Flavor Bender)

Witches Brew Cocktail

Though not referenced by name in the series, this punch is an homage to the Hogwart’s spirit. It can be made ahead of time in big batches, freeing you up to mingle with the other witches… er, we mean guests. Made of orange juice, pomegranate juice and citrus vodka, it goes down real easy. Half Baked Harvest

The Hermione Granger Cocktail

In honor of one of the best leading ladies of all time, make this delicious and fruity Harry Potter cocktail for your next Hogwarts party. It features raspberries, lemon, vodka, and sparkling water for a flavor experience worthy of this Gryffindor. (via Half Baked Harvest)

Polyjuice Potion

No Harry Potter party is complete without a big vat of Polyjuice punch. This recipe calls for lime sherbert, vodka and soda, and it bubbles up ominously when first mixed. Serve it immediately after pouring so that your guests can get the full effect. (via Cooking With Curls)

Pumpkintini

Like Harry’s favorite pumpkin juice, this blend of pumpkin puree and coconut milk is refreshing and delicious. Unlike Harry’s sipper, though, this one is spiked with white rum and whiskey. Rim the glass with crushed graham cracker crumbles and it’s like drinking pumpkin pie. We think grown-up Harry would approve. (via Cooking With Curls)

Jelly Shot Test Kitchen

Polyjuice Potion Jelly Shots

These creepy gelatinous blobs are made with pineapple juice, pineapple vodka, ginger ale and lime sherbet, and are just as tasty if you leave out the alcohol so that you can serve them to kids. Remove the jellies from their molds before they’re completely set if you want to get the right ghastly bubbly-potion effect. (via Jelly Shot Test Kitchen)
