Blake Lively Proves She’s Superhuman by Attending Her BFF’s Wedding Just Days After Giving Birth

We’re well aware of Blake Lively’s style-slaying ability, even (or especially?) during her maternity months, not to mention her willingness to do whatever the heck she wants (controversy does NOT scare off this celeb). But we’re still jaw-droppingly shocked at her appearance at her BFF’s wedding just days after giving birth to baby #2. And not only was she there, she looked fabulous.

The mama to toddler, James, welcomed a second little one into the world last week with hubby, Ryan Reynolds. But you’d never know it if you were going by her Instagram pics. Not only has the baby not made an appearance yet on his/her mom’s active social media platforms (for a very good reason), but Blake hasn’t posted anything even hinting at the big event.

Instead, she was all about heading over to Tribeca to attend her bestie’s wedding.

Blake posted an adorable pic of herself giving the beautiful bride a kiss to Instagram with the caption, “Most beautiful bride on the planet. And the best friend I could ask for. @jessicarose617 thank you for being EVERYTHING. I love you.”

Blake, wearing a black coat with fluffy collar and cuffs along with gorgeous chunky buttons, looks incredible for someone who gave birth mere days ago. Granted, everyone experiences childbirth differently and Blake may have an army of help in these overwhelming days, but still, she’s slaying the post-partum vibe.

Blake also posted a close-up pic of the bride’s dress and hands, saying, “@jessicarose617 ‘s KILLER details…” Agreed. So pretty!

But before the episode ends, the group learns that the diner's caught on fire — and Finn and Clover are trapped inside. Sully and Cal run inside to get everyone to safety, and while Cal returns with Finn in tow, Sully remains inside as an explosion goes off. ("You have got to be kidding me," we all say in unison.) After so much back-and-forth in his relationship with Maggie, we can't say goodbye to him yet! But we'll have to wait for Sullivan's Crossing season 3 to see just what happens.

"Harry Potter" Actress Bonnie Wright Planned The Most Magical Wedding

Harry Potter fans love Ginny Weasley for her tenacity, strength, and wit, and the actress who portrays her, Bonnie Wright, is just as powerful. Wright might have tied the knot in March of 2022, but her latest interview with Brides lets us to relive the magic all over again (and get some never-before-seen shots of her special day).

Wright got married at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, California surrounded by friends and family. If we've learned anything from Wright's go gently YouTube channel, it's that she loves all things intentional and natural, and we're obsessed with how she showcased that on her big day.

Everyone at the wedding went down a walkway lined with flowers and rainbow arches, including the wedding party and the couple — all of whom stuck to the peach, yellow, and blue-green color palette. Pops of orange added a vibrant edge that feels flirty and fun!

When it came to the ceremony, Wright's personal touches truly shined. Her engagement ring was designed by her parents, jewelry designers Wright & Teague, and instead of traditional vows, the couple read each other love letters. One of Wright's bridesmaids also performed a song that she had written for them during the ceremony!

In addition to the bright colors, our favorite aspect of the event is the menu! Dinner was inspired by chef and friend Amanny Ahmad's Palestinian background, from salads with kumquat vinaigrette to rice and lentils with minted yogurt dressing.

The cocktails were also inspired by the bride and groom. The Wright Water featured sparkling rose, soda, and a slice of orange, while the Lococo Fire mixed mezcal, ancho reyes rojo, contratto aperitivo, and bitters.

And you can't forget the cake! Picnic Baked Goods provided a citrus olive oil cake with salted vanilla and swiss merengue buttercream and a flourless chocolate cake. Our mouths are watering.

The Hollywood Reporterbroke the news that Legendary won the bidding war for Homewrecker this week. According to the outlet, there was "a seven-figure outright purchase" for the film rights and "a seven-figure arrangement" to have Paik write the screenplay.
With that deal in place, Glen Powell is set to star and produce this project, with Paik writing the script. So far, everything else is very under wraps, but here's what I do know:
  • Glen Powell is one of the most charming men in Hollywood, so I know he's gonna bring that charm to new heights in this film — even if they're slightly sinister heights!
  • Glen Powell in the rain in Twisters (yes, it's the second time I'm brining this up — it's fine) was so hot, and he wasn't even doing anything actually hot...just imagine the erotic thriller possibilities here!
