Chrissy Teigen Apologized for Flashing Her “Hooha” on the Red Carpet

Chrissy Teigen was just one of the celebs who wanted to make a bold statement with their style at the 2016 AMAs. And while we pretty much love everything she does, we were already wondering if this was a case of too much of a good thing. But little did we know that some folks got even more than Chrissy bargained for when she had an unfortunate (crotch-baring) wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet.

She stepped out in a sleek black dress that showed off slits on either side and creeped all the way up to her ribs, with mere safety pins holding the fabric in place — it really was a slip waiting to happen.

Though Chrissy did her best to keep her bits covered while posing for the cameras…

She just couldn’t manage to keep her, um, area totally under wraps (no, we’re not gonna post a pic of that)…

Fully admitting the mishap, Chrissy addressed the sitch on Instagram, even apologizing to those who may have gotten a glimpse at her “hooha” (while also giving props to her laser genius), saying, “#AMAs! love you so so so much @jenatkinhair @1maryphillips @monicarosestyle @kimmiekyees (apologies to anyone harmed mentally or physically by my hooha) dress is #yousefakbar and shoes are @dsquared2 and laser hair removal is @sevlaseraesthetics.”

Fans were totally understanding, leaving responses like, “if I had those legs I’d wear that” and “Hell if I had a reason to wear that dress I would.” Let’s just hope they’d be better at covering their bits.

Jeremy Allen White is set to star in a developing Netflix limited series based on the André Aciman novel, Enigma Variations.

The title comes from the same author as Call Me by Your Name, which was adapted for film in 2017 and starred Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer with critical acclaim.

Enigma Variations, like Call Me by Your Name, explores romance and attraction through a queer lens, and White would depict a bisexual man if the project moves forward. We’ve never seen him in a queer role before, so this news is super exciting!

Scroll on for everything we know about Jeremy Allen White’s latest project, Enigma Variations.

Enigma Variations, the namesake novel, is described as “a passionate portrait of love's contradictory power, in five illuminating stories.”

The book follows Paul and charts his experiences with several “consuming and covetous” loves. The story ultimately highlights the “transient” nature of Paul’s relationship with love, romance, and attraction while revealing his path to self-discovery.

Author of Enigma Variations André Aciman will executive produce alongside White. Aciman was involved in the film adaptation of his other title, Call Me by Your Name, which received impressive critical acclaim and even won an Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 90th Academy Awards.

Per Variety, Enigma Variations is “currently in development” at Netflix, so it may be a while before we know the exact timeline for the series’ filming and release dates. Jeremy Allen White is the only actor attached to the project at the moment, but we can’t wait to see who else gets cast for the story.

The official logline reads:

"Told from multiple points of view, as a means to explore issues of perspective, bias, and trauma, this compelling drama is inspired by the disturbing stories surrounding a Midwestern couple who adopts a girl with a rare form of dwarfism. But as they begin to raise her alongside their three biological children, mystery emerges around her age and background, and they slowly start to suspect she may not be who she says she is. As they defend their family from the daughter they’ve grown to believe is a threat, she fights her own battle to confront her past and what her future holds, in a showdown that ultimately plays out in the tabloids and the courtroom."

There's always a Gilmore Girls reunion around the corner. Whether the cast surprises us by starring in a new show together (hello Étoile!) or meeting up for lunch, it's so good to know that these relationships are just as deep and beautiful (if not more!) than they were onscreen. And it looks like they're giving us another reunion in 2025 — that you can be apart of.

Here's everything you need to know about the 2025 Gilmore Girls reunion — and how you can join!

Meet your favorite 'Gilmore Girls' actors at a special reunion weekend!

Small Town Convention's Weekend in the Life is bringing us back to Stars Hollow this spring, meaning you can be apart of the magic of town traditions, wacky festivals, and of course, plenty of coffee. According to the official site, Gilmore Girls fans will be able to "immerse yourself in the charm and heart" of Stars Hollow, taking part in everything from "exclusive activities" to "intimate Q&A sessions [and] town-square events." Plus, photo opportunities!

The event is taking place in New Milford, Connecticut from April 11-13, 2025, and so far, Matt Czuchry (who you'll recognize as Logan Huntzberger) and Scott Patterson (who played Luke Danes) will be in attendance! So break out your baseball caps and your "in omnia paratus" tee shirts. There's still one slot left for a special guest star to turn up at the Weekend in the Life, so stay tuned to see who the third Gilmore Girls actor will be!

You can purchase tickets for the weekend at this eventbrite link.

And watch Scott Patterson & Lauren Graham's latest reunion while you wait.

Scott Patterson recently reprised his role as Luke alongside Lauren Graham as Lorelai for a Walmart commercial(plus Sean Gunn as Kirk, I can't forget him), and it was one of my favorite parts of 2024!! The video follows Luke and Lorelai, who are unpacking a new Walmart delivery at the counter of Luke's Diner. And of course, it wouldn't be a believable Gilmore Girls story if it didn't involve plenty of coffee.

"My parents return 🥹," Reddit user mizbizsav said before the commercial launched. "I just got the 15 second Walmart ad before a YouTube video and freaked out over seeing Lorelai and Luke together again."

I am always down to see Luk and Lorelai together again, which means it's time for another Gilmore Girls rewatch!
