This Coloring Book Could Replace Your Weekly Yoga Classes

We’re all over adult coloring books — we simply adore Johanna Basford’s Secret Garden, and the gals behind Escape Artistsmake us want to break out the colored pencils on the reg. Now there’s a new one that gets right to the point. The aptly named Color Me Calm: 100 Coloring Templates for Meditation and Relaxation($13), illustrated by Welsh artist Angela Porter, is perfect for all you yoga lovers.

The book is divided into six different sections, including the super-popular mandalas (a geometric pattern from Buddhist and Hindu traditions), water scenes, wooded scenes, geometric patterns, flora and fauna and natural patterns. The pages are as relaxing to color as meditation or yoga, some might say. Even just looking at what others have done (well done, you!), we already feel calmer! Uh Oh, Stanley Just Recalled Millions Of Cups For This Dangerous Reason

Stanley 1913, the creator of the famed Stanley tumblers you know and love, just recalled millions of cups due to multiple reports of… burn injuries?!

Here’s what to know about the current Stanley cup recall.

Consumer Product Safety Commission

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC), the Stanley recall covers all Switchback and Trigger Action travel mugs. These travel mugs pose a “burn hazard” to sippers who have them since the mugs’ lid threads can shrink when exposed to heat and torque, causing the lid to detach during use.

Stanley received 91 reports from consumers facing this issue, with 38 burn injuries worldwide. A total of 11 consumers required medical attention from the flaw. The CSPC estimates that about 2.6 million mugs are part of the massive recall.
