It looks like wedding bells may be ringing soon for Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom! The couple hinted that they’re engaged in nearly identical Instagram posts in the early hours of Friday, February 15, the morning after Valentine’s Day.
Perry posted a close-up photo of herself and Bloom, with red heart-shaped balloons in the background and a gorgeous flower-shaped ring — featuring a large pink stone surrounded by what appear to be diamonds — positioned prominently in the foreground. She added the apt caption, “full bloom,” a play on both the actor’s last name and the floral motif of the new bling.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star shared the same pic, captioning his version, “Lifetimes.”
According to People, Perry’s mother, Mary Hudson, also confirmed the news on Facebook. An account purportedly belonging to Hudson posted (and then privatized or deleted) multiple photos of both the happy couple and Perry’s ring, with the caption, “Look who got engaged on Valentines Day!!”
Earlier in the day, Bloom posted a quote about love from Daisaku Ikeda’s Wisdom for Modern Life. “A shallow person will have only shallow relationships,” the post read. “Real love is not one person clinging to another, it can only be fostered between two strong people secure in their individuality. Antoine de Saint-Exupery, author of The Little Prince, wrote in a work called Wind, Sand, and Stars, ‘Love is not two people gazing at each other, but two people looking ahead together in the same direction.'”

Perry was also feeling the love on Valentine’s Day, and took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of Bloom napping with their dogs. The singer added a left shark gif and referenced one of her own songs, writing, “Will u be my teenage dream?”
Perry and Bloom were first linked romantically in January 2016, when they were seen hanging out at a Golden Globes party. They split in February 2017, but by August of that year, they were back together again.
