Your Wardrobe Needs Kylie + Kendall’s New Shoe Line

Kendall and Kylie are both under 20 years of age, but make no mistake, they’re already major game players in the fashion industry. They’ve collaborated with Pac Sun on a summer line and also recently teamed up with Topshop on festival ready pieces. Oh ya, and Kendall is practically BFFs with Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld. For their latest venture in the sartorial realm they’ve taken things a step further with a super glamorous new shoe line (see what we did there?).

Earlier todayFootwear News announced that the sisters will be releasing a line of shoes set to launch in spring of 2016. Instead of just revealing the news and leaving us to imagine what sort of stilettos we might find months from now, Footwear News has already shared multiple looks from the line.

As you may have expected, the lineup is packed full of sky-high heels. The black and white collection, which includes lace-up stilettos, chic pumps and platforms is definitely ultra stylish, but don’t expect to find anything that’s super conducive to a lot of walking. Kylie told the publication, “I don’t wear flats. Ever. The only flats I own are a few sneakers.” Fair enough, Kylie.

Footwear News doesn’t make any mention of what the price point will be, but considering Taylor Swift, Hailey Baldwin and Gigi Hadid have all already placed their orders, we’re guessing you may need until 2016 to save up for a pair of these kicks.

The great thing about fashion is that it has a circle of life. Silhouettes or accessories that go out of style tend to make a comeback eventually. This year, it's skinny jeans turn.

From "mom jeans" to "barrel jeans," denim on the baggier side has been big for the better part of the last decade. Now, skinny jeans are returning to the fashion scene, and it's time to update our outfit rotations.

Whether you want to put a modern twist on this classic denim cut or revisit some old staples, here's how to style your skinny jeans in 2025.

Scroll to find out the most flattering ways for how to style your skinny jeans in 2025!

Abercrombie

If you've been on TikTok lately, then you know that the go-to way to wear skinny jeans in the winter pretty much hasn't changed since circa 2015. We're talking about accessorizing with tall leather boots and an oversized coat.

This fit may not be anything new, but it's reliable and downright adorable. Go for a chunky heeled boot with a wide calf to juxtapose your tighter jeans, as well as a big trench, leather, or fur coat to add even more shape to your silhouette.

LOFT

Next, if you're a corporate girlie, the resurgence of skinny jeans offers up a ton of business casual outfit opportunities.

Stick to blue denim with a tucked-in blouse, tweed blazer, and leather loafers for an everyday outfit. Or, try out black ankle jeans with heels and a wool coat for a more polished look that can go straight from the office to after-work drinks.

Banana Republic Factory

Given the fitted and somewhat unassuming cut of skinny jeans, you'll be able to play around more with layering and statement tops, too.

For the past few years, baggy jeans have stolen the spotlight, often being paired with neutral and minimalist tops (think plain body suits or crop tops) to let the extra denim shine.

However, with skinny jeans, you shouldn't hesitate to go bigger and bolder up above. Experiment with ruffles, one-shoulder blouses, different proportions, and even peplums. This one-exiled shirt style is also making a return, whether you like it or not!

J.Crew

In 2025, don't be afraid to go for vibrant hues, either. Colors are in, especially as we get closer to spring, so dress in what makes you happy. Throw on a retro long-sleeve with medium-wash skinny jeans, a monochromatic outfit, or simply bright-colored accessories like sunglasses, jewelry, and footwear to make your look stand out.

Madewell

Last but not least, we can absolutely never go wrong with a good old-fashioned white button-down tucked into dark-wash skinny jeans. This outfit alone, coupled with some flats or sneakers, is a tried-and-true pairing that continues to deliver.

Or, you can spruce up this iconic look by tossing a blazer or trench on top, sporting heels, and accessorizing with a clutch or mini purse and sleek black sunglasses.

I’m an avid believer that Trader Joe’s is more than just a grocery store – it’s an entire experience. From their quirky branding to cult-favorite snacks, it’s easy to see why so many people (including myself) love it.

Because Trader Joe’s is not your ordinary grocer, there are a handful of unspoken and little-known rules for shopping there. These are the 9 most common mistakes that can cost you time, money, and delicious discoveries.

Make the most of your next Trader Joe’s trip by watching out for these 9 mistakes!

Meredith Holser

1. Not bringing reusable bags

Not toting along your reusable tote bags to Trader Joe’s is a huge no-no. Not only are you helping reduce excess waste by opting out of plastic or paper bags, you’ll be able to carry your haul home with style and ease.

TJ’s even encourages you to BYOB (bring your own bags) with plenty of fun tote bag designs.

2. Not looking at the new arrivals section

Most Trader Joe’s stores will feature their new arrivals on an end cap or two, so make sure you stop by the section so you can be the first of your friends to discover amazing TJ’s products! You don’t want to miss out, do you?!

Taylor Musser / Dupe

3. Not asking Trader Joe's workers for help

I almost always have to ask Trader Joe’s workers for some extra help when I shop there, whether it’s because I can’t find a certain item or I want their expert recommendation on a substitute.

Oftentimes, Trader Joe’s employees know tons of shopping secrets, tips and tricks, and amazing product recommendations you might've missed otherwise. And they’re usually super kind people – so don’t be afraid to talk to them!

Trader Joe's

4. Shopping during peak hours

This is a mistake I’ll never make again: shopping at Trader Joe’s during peak hours. Typically, the stores around my part of town get really busy and packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings, infusing my day with a special kind of chaos and stress that’s simply not needed – so I tend to go at other “off” times.

If you frequent TJ’s like I do, you know how crazy it can get, especially from just looking at the parking lot. To avoid the frenzy and people-y vibes entirely, plan your next trip during a weekday – preferably in the morning or early afternoon!

Meredith Holser

5. Ignoring the Fearless Flyer

Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer is your one-way ticket to discovering all the tasty new offerings they come up with on a monthly basis. Formatted like a cute lil’ newspaper, it’s often full of pairing ideas and tips and tricks for your fave TJ’s items – you’d be crazy to miss it! You can find the Fearless Flyer onlineand in print at your local Trader Joe’s.

Emily Wall / Dupe

6. Saying ‘no’ to free samples

Because who can deny a free sample?! If you time your next TJ’s run right, you might just catch a generous employee sharing the TJ’s love behind a sample counter. Plus, a lot of the samples they give out are from new drops, so you won’t ever miss out on the latest and greatest by stopping for samples!

Meredith Holser

7. Skipping the beauty section

If you care even just a little bit about skincare products (and saving money), you just have to take a look-see at Trader Joe’s beauty section. From Summer Fridays lip balm and Sol de Janeiro body butter dupes to luxe-feeling serums and moisturizers, TJ’s selection is typically cheaper than your average Ulta or Sephora, but a lot of the products deliver the same results with nearly the same ingredients and packaging.

Emma Ripperdan / Dupe

8. Not putting your cart away

Spoiler alert – you’re responsible for your own cart at Trader Joe’s (like any other grocery store). Don’t just leave it behind at the checkout line or sitting lazily by your car once you’re done with it! Most TJ’s have cart returns in their parking lots and at the front door.

Trader Joe's

9. Rushing your shopping trip

This may be widely known, but Trader Joe’s is the kind of store where it pays to browse around – you never know what hidden gems you’ll find by carefully combing through their aisles!

Saturday Night Live just had a 50th anniversary celebration to remember, but despite some iconic callbacks and celebrity cameos, one moment everyone's talking about didn't really have to do with the sketches at all: Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's appearance.

During a Q&A with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey, Ryan Reynolds stood up to ask a question, with Blake Lively sitting right beside him. After the SNL icons asked him how he was, the Deadpool actor responded, "Great. Why, what have you heard?" And while the audience laughed at the inferred reference to the ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni, sources are saying others aren't so happy with the couple's appearance.

Here's what people are saying about Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's appearance on the SNL50 special.

Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively "have no regrets" about their SNL50 special appearance.

While the moment with Ryan Reynolds got some laughs, a Page Six insider reveals that, "People in Hollywood think Blake and Ryan attending the SNL 50th anniversary show was not a good look," and that it might have been a good idea for the couple to "have sat this one out.”

But even though the appearance got some mixed reviews, another source promises they "have no regrets about making an appearance at the show,” and that they “were two of the last people to leave Studio 8H."

"Blake was initially hesitant to attend the SNL 50th anniversary show but ultimately she’s glad she attended and had a really nice time,” the second source continues. “They’re glad they showed up because they have nothing to hide and no reason not to.”

The SNL50 special, and the brief look at Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, came after Blake and Justin Baldoni filed lawsuits against one another — Blake against Justin for alleged sexual harassment and Justin against Blake, Ryan, and the New York Times for defamation.

"It’s very plausible that Justin’s legal team will use this public outing to defend him,” according to the Page Six source. “Justin is taking this lawsuit in all seriousness and isn’t making a public mockery out of it."

Recently, Justin Baldoni published a website with an Amended Complaint and It Ends With Us timeline, but according to First Amendment lawyer Kevin Goldberg, the website is "unnecessary."

"I think it's unusual and I'm not sure it's appropriate once you have already filed a defamation lawsuit," he tells Forbes. "Legally speaking, it's not going to be, itself, relevant as evidence. It could be introduced in evidence but there's no need for it."

"The reason we have very strict standards for anyone who is trying to win a defamation lawsuit — and in particular, a celebrity who is trying to win a defamation lawsuit is they can do things like this," Kevin continues. "Use a website and PR team to restore their reputation, they don't need to use the courts to restore their reputation. So why did he do both is my big question. It seems like his real goal is not to win the lawsuit but restore his good name, just, generally in the public view."
