Barbie Ferreira felt "supported" by Sydney Sweeney at her recent Broadway show.

When I bring up how excited the internet was over her photo with Sydney Sweeney during our conversation for her new movie Bob Trevino Likes It, Barbie can't help but laugh. And as for whether we'll see her onscreen with Syd post-Euphoria?

"I hope so!" Barbie Ferreira tells Brit + Co exclusively. "I love Sydney. She came to see my play on Broadway Cult of Love, shout out. She was shooting in Jersey and then I think she had a short day and called me, and she was like, 'Can I get tickets for tonight?' I had no idea that she was gonna come. It was so beautiful to be supported like that, especially like in a live theater. It was unexpected and I'm just so happy she came to support."

She's also on good terms with the rest of the 'Euphoria' cast.

Barbie, who played Kat Hernandez in HBO's Euphoria from 2019 to 2022, announced her exit from the show after season 2 — and rumors started swirling that a fallout with creator Sam Levinson meant reduced screen time in the second season. But according to the actress, Kat's arc had run its course.

In April 2023, Barbie told Dax Shephard that "both parties knew that I really wanted to be able to not be the fat best friend. I don’t want to play that, and I think they didn’t want that either.”

“I think instead of me kind of lingering around for nine months, I think it was best for both of us that we just ended it there,” she also told The Viall Files podcast in March 2025. “Of course it's hard — I love Euphoria. I love Kat. Kat means the world to me. I mean, I spent so many years pouring everything into her, but it's like, you don't want to ruin a good thing."

She also goes on to explain that “it was a mutual decision" and that "everyone decided that...there was nowhere to go."

“I saw Hunter [Schafer] the other day, I saw Maude [Apatow] the other day, Sydney [Sweeney] came to see my play,” she continues. “Whoever is in town, we always try to see each other."

In her new role as Lily Trevino in Bob Trevino Likes It, Barbie Ferreira plays a grieving young woman who's disowned by her father, then forms a Facebook friendship with a man who shares his name. The movie catapulted me back to my 13th birthday when I could finally sign up for a profile, and Barbie also looks on the social media platform fondly.

"It's been making a little bit of a renaissance for me because of Facebook Marketplace," she admits (she loves to sell furniture online). "It's to connect with family and people that you love, that is the best outlet for it. So I think it's actually one of the more wholesome social media outlets. It's not about followers, it's not about who has the most likes. It's about connecting with your friends and family, so I think it's a kind of wholesome we should bring back."

Simone Ashley says 'Bridgerton' season 4 "feels like home."

We already had confirmation that Simone Ashley would return to Bridgerton season 4 as Kate Sharma, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to ask if she could tease what's in store for viewers. "I can't tease anything, but I can say I was filming a couple of weeks ago, with the girls," she tells Brit + Co. "I'm super excited to be back on the show. I'm so grateful for everything that that show has given me, and whenever I go back it, it just feels like home."

Okay, Simone might have said she couldn't tease anything but if you ask me "filming with the girls" is a tease in and of itself! I'm hoping we see Kate, Eloise, and Penelope get some serious girl time after all the drama during season 3. Kate was able to give Eloise some beautiful advice, and since season 4 focuses on Benedict's love story, I have my fingers crossed it'll be more or less smooth sailing for our favorite ladies.

Simone Ashley's character in Picture This, a portrait photographer named Pia, reminds me a lot of Kate. She's passionate, driven, and an eldest daughter who's constantly being told time is running out. When I ask Simone what she's excited about for the future, she admits she feels a mixture of anticipation and nerves.

"Yeah, I'm excited. And I'm gonna phrase it this way because I think excited is such a positive word and it's an amazing thing, but I think excited-scared is also a positive word," she says. "I'm excited-scared because so much mystery and change and possibilities that could happen in the future, right, that we don't know about."

However, she says that growing up and accepting the curve balls life throws at you is "like taking that jump for change."

"It's excited-scared, and then it's like when you jump into water and then you realize the water temperature's fine."

I couldn't agree more, Simone.

Meghan's new show, With Love, Meghan, came out on Netflix the day before. So, she planned to sit down with Drew to discuss her latest project, as well as other topics, including her courtship with Prince Harry and parenthood.

However, some viewers were shocked by an offhand quip that Meghan made during the interview, telling Drew, "I hear you like to connect." She proceeded to soften the blow by taking Drew's hand and claiming her touchy behavior was "so sweet, though."

Again, Drew has a reputation for hugging, touching, and sitting quite close to her guests. Yet Meghan, who has also been called warm and is known to go in for hugs, seemed more reserved and regal.

Despite Meghan's remark and the differences in body language, the pair still delved into some interesting conversation topics. For instance, the Duchess of Sussex detailed how, when she first began dating Prince Harry back in 2016, he made her a vow based on some old advice she'd received.

While Meghan was a college student, she'd worked as a nanny for two different families, and one of the fathers told her, "When you meet your person one day, I want him to say to you the same thing that I said to my wife when we got married, which is, I vowed to always date my wife."

Well, amidst her blossoming romance with Harry, she asked the Prince to make her that same promise. He responded, "I vow to always date you."

According to Meghan, she credits their strong connection to their commitment to treating each other the same way they did prior to tying the knot. In her eyes, holding onto the "good and joy" from the "butterfly period" of courting is what keeps relationships alive.
