Happy Monday morning, y’all! From some inspiring blonde ambition to paternity drama, check out six of today’s top news items below.

Goldie locks 💛

A post shared by Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) on

1. Demi is known to be a bit of a hair chameleon, even having been blonde before, but her newest ombre blonde look is a warmer, softer look, and we love it. She was most recently rocking her darker lob, so it’s possible this look could be getting a hand with some extensions, but either way, it’s a keeper.

2. Kristin Cavallari got super emotional talking about the one-year anniversary of her brother’s death. As Kristin approaches the one-year mark of both her brother’s tragic death and the birth of her adorable daughter Saylor, and while choking up, she tells People that she’s learned to see the good in it. “Anytime you lose somebody, obviously it makes you appreciate everyone you have in your life. I definitely have been closer with my parents and my entire family in general,” she said. “It makes you appreciate everyone you have.” She also said her family plans to honor her brother, though there is nothing concrete just yet. “I’m sure we’ll do something,” she said. “I don’t know what, but we’ll be together for sure.” (Photo via Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty)

3. Blac Chyna took a paternity test to prove that Rob Kardashian was the father of her baby. The finale of Rob & Chyna didn’t exactly leave us with the warmest fuzzies, partly because Blac basically listened to and wanted to shut down internet trolls saying Rob is not really the father of her baby. SPOILER ALERT: Of course he is. These two love the drama almost as much as we do.

4 . Oh no: Jennifer Lopez apparently broke up with Casper Smart this summer because he cheated on her. “It happened two years ago, and he promised he would never do it again and once he did, she was done,” a source told People. And honestly? Good for her. (Photo via Jason Merritt/Getty)

Baby Sees Bubbles For The First Time

"Whoah! What is this magic?"

Posted by Kyoot Kids on Sunday, October 16, 2016

5. Let this baby having its mind blown by seeing bubbles for the first time inspire you. May we be like this baby forever.

6. Quote of the day: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” Keep Nelson Mandela’s wise words in mind for some #mondaymotivation as you start your week.

Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s twins make their debut in this morning’s top news stories. Check that and more out below in the Friday Morning Buzz!

1.Early Friday morning, Beyoncé posted the very first photo of Sir and Rumi Carter, which, in true Bey fashion, was no ordinary snap. With a serene coastal backdrop and a colorful ensemble of a breathtaking blue and mauve dress and veil, the shot is reminiscent of her epic pregnancy announcement. “Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today,” the caption read, followed by a string of emojis which included the prayer hands, a heart, a man, a woman, a girl, and two babies. By our count, that would make the twins’ birthday June 14, several days before the internet got wind of the birth. Just look at those teeny little faces!

2.Spider-Man: Homecoming costars Zendaya and Tom Holland addressed dating rumors in a hilarious way. With reports (via unnamed sources) swirling that Zendaya and Holland sparked a love affair while filming for their new flick, Spider-Man: Homecoming, the duo has chimed in to offer up their two cents. While they didn’t actually confirm or deny the rumors, their reaction WAS rather amusing. “Wait wait…” Zendaya tweeted, along with a link to the rumors. “My favorite is when it says we go on vacations together. HA! I haven’t been on a vacation in years!,” she wrote, complete with crying-laughing emojis. Holland’s reply was equally perfect, with the star joking, “Does the press tour count?” (h/t Cosmo; photo via Robert Marquardt/Getty)

3. Barb from Stranger Things got an Emmy nomination and the internet has FEELINGS. Now that the 2017 Emmy nominations are out, Stranger Things‘ Barb is finally getting her vindication for (spoiler alert!) being killed off and forgotten on the show. The Netflix series was one of the most-nominated shows with 18 (!) nominations, one of which was an Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series nod for Barb, AKA Shannon Purser. While some people seemed confused that Purser was recognized when Winona Ryder was not, the cult of Barb celebrated the victory, claiming “justice.” The Emmys will take place on September 17, and Stranger Things season two drops on Netflix on October 27. 4. Kid Rock hints that he may actually be running for US Senate. Earlier this week, musician Kid Rock launched the kidrockforsenate.com website, and people seemed confused as to whether it was a publicity stunt for upcoming music, a ploy to sell merchandise or, well, the real deal. Kid — whose real name is Robert James Ritchie — penned a blog post to say that he still had time to file paperwork with the Federal Elections Committee to make it official, and that he would be simultaneously releasing new tunes. “Like politicians write books during their campaigns, I’m planning on putting out music during mine,” he wrote (he released two new songs and announced a tour at midnight). “It’s not a hoax, it’s a strategy, and marketing 101!” With more celebrities’ names, like The Rock, being thrown in the political ring, nothing about this would surprise us. 5.Bridezillasis the latest TV show to get a revival and we can’t WAIT. TV reboots are all the rage — from Gilmore Girls to Fuller House and, most recently, Will and Grace, what’s old is definitely new again. It’s not often that a reality series is brought back from the dead (though we’re still holding out for a Jersey Shore reunion show), but WE tv has some seriously exciting news for fans in 2018: the return of Bridezillas! “Years after saying goodbye to our last Bridezilla, we have been asked consistently to bring this show back by viewers and fans,” We tv president Marc Juris said in a statement. E! reports that casting is currently underway for 10 new hour-long episodes of total wedding meltdown territory, and TBH, it can’t come fast enough. (h/t E!)

6. Quote of the day: “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” Albert Einstein knew what he was talking about.

Jay-Z’s new album is here and Corinne Olympios’ BIP investigation is over in this morning’s top news stories. Check those and more out in the TGIF Morning Buzz!

1. When Beyoncé released the amazing Lemonade, many presumed it to insinuate that husband, Jay-Z, was being unfaithful. The album even launched the now infamous Beckygate witch hunt, which had fans clamoring to find out the identity of his would-be extra-marital partner. The two, now parents to twin newborns, are obviously still going strong, but on Jay-Z’s new album 4:44, it sounds like he’s finally addressing everything from his suspected cheating on Bey (who also appears on the album), to that infamous fight with Solange in an elevator. The album’s title track is particularly telling, with lyrics such as, “And if my children knew, I don’t even know what I would do. If they ain’t look at me the same, I would probably die with all the shame. You did what with who? What good is a ménage à trois when you have a soulmate? You risked that for Blue?” Jay himself was vague about song meanings in an interview with iHeartRadio, but its streaming the album for free all day today before being hidden behind a Tidal paywall, so you’ve got lots of time to dig in and listen for yourself. 2. Corinne Olympios’ Bachelor in Paradise investigation has concluded.BIP recently resumed filming after Warner Brothers closed their investigation and found no misconduct, but Corinne Olympios and her lawyer moved forward with their own investigation into the matter. Now, she has issued a statement saying the investigation has been completed to her satisfaction. She also clarified that she “never filed complaints or accusations against anyone associated with Bachelor in Paradise,” but based on the fact that she had no recollection of what transpired and that she felt “victimized by the fact that others were judging me through conflicting and unsubstantiated reports,” she wanted to see the investigation through. Olympios said that while she was invited back to BIP when production resumed, she respectfully declined. (h/t E!; photo via Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty)

3. Venus Williams was involved in a fatal car crash. Days before she is set to start in Wimbledon, it has been revealed that Venus Williams was involved in a car crash that resulted in a death earlier this month. The NYT reports that a 78-year-old man being driven by his wife was injured in the accident, and that he died two weeks later. The Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, incident is under investigation, and police said in a report on the crash that Williams was at fault. Her lawyer, Malcolm Cunningham, maintains that she has not been cited or charged. “Ms. Williams entered the intersection on a green light,” Cunningham said in a statement. “The police report estimates that Ms. Williams was traveling at 5mph when Mrs. Barson crashed into her. Authorities did not issue Ms. Williams with any citations or traffic violations. This is an unfortunate accident, and Venus expresses her deepest condolences to the family who lost a loved one.” (h/t New York Times; photo via Al Bello/Getty)

4. Jared Padalecki’s sweet letter to his kids is the feel-good read of the weekend. Supernatural and Gilmore Girls star Jared Padalecki penned a post-Father’s Day note thanking his three children for turning his world upside down — in the best way possible. In fact, his wife Genevieve Cortese was so taken with the letter, she posted it on her blog for all of us to share in. “I realize Father’s Day was supposed to be about…. well… ‘fathers,'” he wrote, “but I wanted to take this opportunity, after my FIFTH fathers day (and counting), not to say ‘you’re welcome,’ but to say ‘thank you.'” Padalecki listed things that by all means could be awful (“You’ve peed on me, pooped on me, and vomited on me”), before offering up more special, meaningful moments. “You’ve taught me more than any mentor or teacher ever could,” he says. “I have your back. Now and always.” SNIFF. Grab your tissues and dive into the whole thing right here.

5. The Jumanji remake trailer is here and Jack Black plays a teenage girl. In the first official trailer for Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, we see Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan become avatars for the high school kids playing the weird old Jumanji video game. Frankly, just hearing Jack Black say “I can’t even with this place,” already has us sold. It’s not out until December 22, but check the trailer out above!

6. Quote of the day: “I too look forward to the day when the numbers are different.” Gillian Anderson calls out the fact that the X-Files writer’s room is made entirely of men, finishing with a timely #TheFutureIsFemale.

Baby name trends will always come and go, but some classic picks will just never go out of style. These monikers, occasionally called "old man" names, stand the test of time for a reason. They're strong, vintage, and sometimes hold historical significance.

So, if you're welcoming a baby boy into your family soon, you can't go wrong with an old man baby name. Here are our top picks that are packed with character.

Scroll to see all the old man baby names we're loving right now!

1. Walter

Carlos Santiago

With German roots, Walter is a compelling name that's derived from the Old High German Walthari. It combines the elements "walt," which means "power," and "hari," meaning "warrior." This gives Walter the meaning of "commander of the army."

Its regal sound and commanding symbolism make Walter the perfect fit for a boy who's destined to be a future leader.

2. Franklin

George Pak

This distinguished name has deep historical roots and was most famously carried by the former American president and founding father, Benjamin Franklin.

It originates from the Middle English word "frankeleyn" and was originally used as a surname, meaning "freeman" or "freeholder." Franklin carries a sense of independence, intellect, and hard work, all qualities that most parents hope to instill in their little ones.

3. Leroy

Norman Milwood

French in origin, Leroy is bold and actually means "the king." This name hit its height of popularity during the mid-nineteenth century, but to this day, it continues to exude strength and authority.

Many expectant parents across the globe keep choosing this moniker for their newest additions because it's a timeless choice that feels both distinguished and approachable.

4. Grady

Ivan Samkov

With Irish roots, Grady means "noble" and "renowned" and has a rugged, adventurous vibe. It might make you think of an outdoorsy little boy with a curious spirit who's always seeking out new experiences.

Grady has traditionally been considered a boy's name, but in recent years, it's been used as a gender-neutral choice, too.

5. Kenneth

Foden Nguyen

Kenneth is a name with deep Scottish ties, as it was famously borne by the first King of Scotland. Then, author Sir Walter Scott popularized Kenneth outside of the nation in his 1825 novel The Talisman.

More recently, the name became a household one when Barbie's boyfriend, Ken, was introduced to children everywhere in 1959. Kenneth actually holds two appealing meanings, "good looking" and "fire born."

6. Preston

Larbigno

Preston is English in origin and means "priest's town" or "priest's estate," offering a nice blend of history and charm. This name is also associated with a historic town in Northern England that was known for playing a significant role in the Industrial Revolution.

With an air of sophistication and a connection to faith, Preston is a great choice for parents who want their little boy to stand out.

7. Casper

Henley Design Studio

While Casper might call to mind the friendly ghost that graced our TV screens during the '90s, it actually dates back to the Old Testament. This cute name has Persian origins and means "treasurer bearer," which couldn't be more appropriate for the newest gift in your life.

Casper is derived from the Chaldean word "gizbar," meaning "treasurer," and can be spelled in multiple ways, such as Caspar or Kaspar.

8. Harold

Becerra Govea Photo

Finally, Harold is derived from Old English, Germanic, and Old Norse variations, all of which carry the strong meaning of "army ruler" or "heroic leader."

Historically, this name was favored by Scandinavian settlers and royals throughout England, Norway, and Denmark. Despite its interesting history, Harold is surprisingly underused today, making it a distinctive option for parents who want a name that's classic and still a bit unique.

My love for making latte recipes has come to a halt with the news I need to balance my hormones. I could curse the sky for this minor inconvenience, but I've been testing low-to-no caffeine coffee alternatives to curb my sadness. Thanks to Google, I've found 10 of the best products ever created.

I know this sounds far-fetched, but I think I may opt to drink them more often than relying on things full of acidic caffeine!

Scroll to find the best low-to-no caffeine coffee alternatives that boosts your energy without being harsh on your body.

Low Caffeine Coffee Alternatives

Live Conscious

Live Conscious Beyond Brew Vanilla Latte

Starting off with the first coffee alternative I've tried, Live Conscious' Beyond Brew Vanilla Latte is high on my list because almost forgot I wasn't drinking my Nescaf Gold Instant Coffeelatte mix. My favorite thing about it is how easy it is on my tummy. Coffee usually gives me an extreme case of gas cramps, but this doesn't. I think it's because it's filled with ingredients like turkey tail and other probiotics!

Everyday Dose

Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee

Next up is Everyday Dose's Mushroom Coffee! Made with 80% less coffee than other brands, it's way better than Dr. Robotnik's recipes in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. It's easy on digestive and nervous systems because it's full of ingredients like collagen, chaga, and lion's mane. So, you get the boost of energy without the weird jitters and pained run to the bathroom!

MUD/WTR

MUD/WTR Matcha Starter Kit

Is Matcha coffee-adjacent? It depends on who you ask, but it's technically not. I just love drinking it when I feel like I've exhausted my go-to latte drink. MUD/WTR's starter kit only has 55g of caffeine in it which is a better alternative than your go-to coffee drink. Trust me!

No Caffeine Coffee Alternatives

World Wide Botanicals

World Wide Botanicals French Chicory Root Brew-Like Coffee

Not only is this coffee alternative caffeine free, but it's not acidic either! I especially love that how the chicory breaks down into a healthy prebiotic that helps the right kind of bacteria flourish in your digestive tract. Knowing that most illnesses begin in our stomachs, I love how this promotes a healthy version of what coffee lovers typically drink.

Anthony's Goods

Anthony's Goods Instant Chicory Root

Do you need another reason to drink chicory root? Not really, but Anthony's Goods has another alternative that's just as good as World Wide Botanicals' version. Besides being caffeine-free, this product's also gluten-free and has non-GMO properties. The taste is just an extra benefit!

Rasa Koffee

Rasa Koffee Original Adaptogenic Mushroom Coffee

What I want? More mushroom coffee ASAP! This vegan product is also great for anyone who's following a Whole 30 or Ayurvedic diet. It has 13 natural herbs in it and helps you feel less stressed with each cup you drink. How's that for an incentive to reach for coffee alternatives?

Walmart

Cafix All Natural Instant Beverage Crystals

Calling all barley lovers! I've found instant coffee crystals that are 100% caffeine-free! Amazingly enough, Cafix has figured out how to leave out the ingredient that makes some of us experience a post-coffee crash and I love that. I will say it's a little pricey for Instant Coffee, but you don't need to use that much.

Teeccino

Teeccino Turkey Tail Astragalus — Toasted Maple

The name 'Turkey Tail' may sound hilarious, but this blend is so good it's not funny. It's another acid-free, pre-biotic drink that doesn't taste like raw mushrooms (so important) and it brews like your favorite drink. Not bad.

Banyan Botanicals

Banyan Bitter & Bold Coffee Alternative With Chicory & Dandelion

If you don't need a ton of sugar or caramel syrup in your coffee, you'll enjoy drinking this chicory and dandelion mix. It a;so has adaptogens and prebiotics for a bold flavor you'll enjoy before a busy day. Plus, the fact it's caffeine-free is another added bonus.

Sip Herbals

Sip Herbals Peppermint Mocha Superfood Coffee Alternative

Did you really think I'd forget to include something that tastes festive? I couldn't leave this coffee alternative off the list because it combines "antioxidant-rich carob and soothing peppermint" together for a taste that feels like someone's throwing a Christmas party in your mouth.
