How The New Adobe Express Will Jumpstart Your Creativity

AI is shaking up the creativeworld with its ability to deliver faster, more efficient results than ever before. AI-driven tools offer unprecedented power to create stunning visuals, generate captivating music, and conjure clever copy in a fraction of the time it would take a human — but with no lack of creativity.

It's like getting a turbo boost for your imagination! The spirit of this crystallized for me when I dug intoAdobe Express's new generative AI technology. As I tinkered with the tools, I had the opportunity to meet with Mallory Shoemaker, Content Strategist at Adobe, to provide context on the revolutionary tech they've recently released.

"Adobe Express is geared towards making content easy and fast to create, and best of all it’s accessible to anyone no matter their experience with design or skillset," said Shoemaker. For someone like me, who is obsessed with the intricacies of design but isn't formally trained in the practice or techniques, the ease and access of the platform are particularly compelling. So when I got wind of all the new functionalities that were recently introduced, I was excited to put them to the test, with Mallory as my trusted guide. Read on to learn how you can maximize the new integrations:

Create custom content that is on brand.

Photo by Sincerely Media / Unsplash

"Adobe Express allows you to create and save your own brand fonts and color schemes – and even import existing branding assets into your library. Saving your brand assets into your library allows you to consistently express your brand across all assets you create," said Shoemaker. I love the idea of having my "brand identity kit" built in, making it easy to create assets that are ownable, and look and feel like me.

Generate jaw-dropping visuals from scratch.

Photo by Arnel Hasanovic / Unsplash

"The new Text-to-Image and Text Effects capabilities will take the hard part out of content creation!" said Shoemaker. "Whatever image or effect you're thinking of, these tools will help generate your idea from just a description. You can input feedback as you go to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want for your content!" I'm a visual person, so I was particularly curious about (and impressed by!) the possibilities on the imagery front. Using the text-to-image functionality, you can choose between different content types, allowing you to opt for stylizing your images as photos, graphics, or art.

Seamlessly share your creations with your network.

Photo by Paige Cody / Unsplash

"The new version of Adobe Express includes an all-in-one editor that’s perfect for making and sharing content to your socials like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Anyone can now make and post engaging content, videos, images, and more with just a few clicks," said Shoemaker. I could see how this would be especially useful for content creators and business owners looking to design beautiful content quickly (and share it just as easily with their communities across multiple social channels).

Collaborate with others while you're bringing your content to life.

"Adobe Express makes real-time collaboration seamless so working with a team or group project is easier than ever. Users can invite other Express users (as many as you’d like) to edit a project and leave comments live within the project – adding speed and efficiency to the creation process," said Shoemaker. With this feature, you can work with others in real time, so there's no more waiting for someone to finish up their part of a project before you. Teams can collaborate and easily share feedback throughout the content creation process, making it easier to work with others with continuity, cohesion, and efficiency.

As AI continues to bridge the gap between creatives and technology, Adobe Express is proving to be an invaluable tool for content creators. With its user-friendly features, real-time collaboration capabilities, and automated design options, all you need now is some creativity and a few clicks to bring your vision to life!

There’s nothing better for the soul than a few days offline with my home team. My boys, baby girl Lumi, husband Dave and I recently jetted off to Hanalei, Hawaii for a much-needed escape from work, school, and all the day-to-day things. And it was WORTH it. We spent our days at the beach, evenings lounging and playing at our vacation stay, and really connecting in ways that I truly treasure.

Before and After: Removed sign in background with Adobe Lightroom’s Generative Remove

Dave and I are both passionate about photography, but with three kids in tow, capturing the perfect travel photos takes a little creative work. You either get the shot and edit later, or miss the moment. Moments like this dreamy rainbow shot with Lumi are not to be missed!

My go-to hack for creating the perfect photo? Adobe Lightroom. It’s literally in my back pocket to make sure I can capture all those fun, adorable moments with the kids while on the go. With the Lightroom app, I can live in the moment knowing I have everything I need to edit photos of my favorite memories quickly and easily later on. For this rainbow shot, I was able to remove the sign in the background so the focus is on Lumi and her rainbow.

Adobe Lightroom is like a professional photo editor right on my phone with everything from remove tools cropping features, one-tap presets or filters for pictures, videos, and reels.

Before and After: Removed background people and beach gear with Adobe Lightroom’s Generative Remove

Powered by Adobe Firefly AI technology, Lightroom recently introduced a brand-new feature, Generative Remove, which makes it so easy to remove a photo bomber in the background, beach debris from my travel photos, stains on the kids' clothing, and the inevitable toy clutter in the background. Thanks to AI, it’s smart enough to replicate the background when you remove people, toys, and even busy patterns – no smudges, distortions, or dark spots! And it’s as quick and simple as cropping a photo or adding a preset.

Before and After: Removed my son in the water with Adobe Lightroom’s Generative Remove

Here’s a great example: Using Lightroom’s new Generative Remove feature I was able to remove my son, who wasn’t planning to be in the shot, from the background and then brighten the photo in Adobe Lightroom in literally minutes. It’s now one of my favorite photos – a framer for sure!

Before and After: Removed people in background and debris in foreground with Generative Remove

I used the Generative Remove feature to remove my fellow tourists in the background and the debris in the foreground here too. Now it's the perfect shot!

Adobe Lightroom’s Lens Blur tool has all these new presets to add a blur effect in a single click for things like portrait backgrounds, food photography, city lights, street photography, and more. I used it here in the background.

Before and After: Removed leg and foot with Adobe Lightroom’s Generative Remove

And for those everyday moments, make your little one the center of attention by removing distractions. For example, my leg got caught in the shot when we finally saw that big smile, so I removed it later using Lightroom.

After a fun day with the kids, I love to revisit those memories and search for the highlights recorded in my phone, clean them up with my magic wand – the Adobe Lightroom app – and share them with friends and family. It’s my time to be creative and a perfect ending to my wild adventures with my mini squad.

Your weekly horoscope encourages a journey inward this week. As Mercury and Venus both move retrograde through the watery sign of Pisces, the cosmos invites you to spend time in quiet reflection. Allow music to be your guide as you explore your emotional landscape and connect with the spiritual side of life. This is a powerful time to tap into the energy of universal love and gain profound understanding. While the potential for delusion exists, focusing on introspection can lead to valuable wisdom and compassion that will resurface when these planets turn direct.

The Sun in Aries brings movement and action. Use this fiery energy to motivate and propel yourself forward. It is a good time to start a new project or incorporate a new element into your life that brings light-heartedness and joy. Take advantage of the longer days and focus on making efficient progress toward a new venture. Make room for play and rest.

On March 29th, we have a New Moon and a partial lunar eclipse in Aries. Let’s remember that Aries embodies both the god of war and the exuberance of spring. During the New Moon, go inward and let the dark sky inspire you to emulate the energy of spring as you plant your seeds of intention. Let the potent double Aries energy of the Sun and Moon work synergistically to infuse creativity and act as a catalyst for growth on all levels.

Over the next couple of months, major shifts will occur with the outer, so-called generational planets. Neptune has spent the last 14 years in its ruling sign of Pisces. What have you been dreaming about during these years? Have you been drawn to the mystical side of life? Have you been able to break generational patterns related to substance abuse or escapism? Your awareness of these issues can help you move away from the less helpful aspects of Pisces and toward the inspirational. On March 30, Neptune begins its forward movement into Aries. Then, on October 22, 2025, Neptune makes one last retrograde into Pisces before settling back into Aries on January 26, 2026, for the next 13 years. This energy allows us to remember the lessons of the past 14 years, incorporate the wisdom gained, and move forward to act on our dreams and inspirations. This phase is an integration of our higher and lower selves.

Dating apps are starting to feel pretty run of the mill. They can feel impersonal and overwhelming, and it's hard to feel like you'll meet your perfect match when your flipping through 20 people in three minutes. Enter: Vinylly, a brand new online dating experience that's using AI to match users based on their music taste.

"Vinylly takes into account a user’s streaming music data plus their music habits to find matches," CEO Rachel Van Nortwick says on Vinylly's site. "Beyond just a superficial swipe, Vinylly has the ability to match people on a deep level through something powerful that they share. And, when a user streams more music, the algorithm responds and Vinylly produces new matches."

We talked to Van Nortwick about turning such a creative vision into a reality, and why this isn't your average dating app — it's better.

B+C: Why did you choose to focus on music as the basis for this dating app?

RVN: In the words of Bad Bunny, "When you do things with love and passion, everything is easier.” When I was about five or six years old, I started listening to my parents’ records which introduced me to a variety of genres including folk, rock, jazz and more.

Once I started buying my own music, I became interested in the various influences tying different genres, songs and artists to each other. When I went to my first concert at 15, it was palpable being in the audience, feeling the connectedness of the experience and how happy everyone was sharing in it.

Fast forward to 2016, after watching my family and friends struggle on other dating apps and knowing that music compatibility was an important criteria for them and many of us, I decided to create Vinylly. We launched in 2019 and have focused on creating a differentiated product and a positive user experience.

B+C: I'm obsessed with the idea of matching up someone's music taste with a cocktail. What are some of the qualifications for that "perfect cocktail"? How is it personalized?

RVN: Just like music is subjective, so is creating the perfect cocktail! So, we focused on creating pairings, where we let users have complete bartending control, when they get to pick any two genres to mix together. These genre choices mirror the ones they are selecting as favorites on their profile.

When a user chooses the two genres, it could be that these are their top two favorite genres or maybe this is their favorite genre and their potential match’s favorite genre. The cocktails we created with AI aim to capture the fusion of these two genres.

B+C: A dating app is already a tech-forward version of dating. What made you decide to incorporate AI as well?

RVN: We have always aimed to have a user experience that felt genuine and fun. Sharing a drink with someone on a first date is pretty typical, but sharing a drink in an app, and having it center around music, seemed to be the perfect opportunity for Vinylly to pioneer.

We are building more with AI, where we will use it to leverage the trend data we have in our app, to give users the best chance of finding their +1.

If you’ve ever craved Yellowstone's more rural, rustic backdrop and rugged men in your The Bachelor viewings, boy do I have the show for you. Farmer Wants a Wife returned for its third season on March 20 on Fox, and we can’t get enough. This season welcomes a new host, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, who brings a fresh energy and nuanced charm to the series. From Kimberly and her husband, Brad Paisley, spilling all the tea on their longtime marriage to four farmers searching for love, season three is packed with all the romance and drama you crave!

Here’s all the latest on what you can expect in Farmer Wants a Wife season 3!

What's Farmer Wants a Wife about?

Fox

Farmer Wants A Wife is a reality show where four farmers look for love as they get to know 32 women from across the country. Yeehaw!

Wait, there’s a new host for Farmer Wants A Wife season 3?

Fox

Country singer Jennifer Nettles hosted the previous two seasons and passed on the baton to Kimberly William-Paisley for this season, and it's as if shewas made for this (very) niche role. Kimberly, who married country singer Brad Paisley 21 years ago, relates all too well to the ladies in search of a farmer’s love and country lifestyle.

Before the third season’s premiere, People caught up with Kimberly, where she shared “Because I’m a city girl who embraced the country life when I married my husband twenty-one years ago, I related to the allure of a farmer for these ladies," she said. "I really appreciate how dedicated this show and its producers are in helping these hopeful farmers and women find love."

Who are the lucky farmers this season?!

Fox

The four farmers who will appear on the hit dating show are cuter than ever! Here's the rundown:

  • John Sansone: a soy, corn, and wheat farmer in St. Louis, Missouri.
  • Jay Woods: a hay and cattle farmer in Florence, Alabama.
  • Matt Warren: an avocado and exotic fruit farmer in Visalia, California.
  • Colton Hendricks: a cattle rancher and horse trainer in Mena, Arkansas.

John Sansone is a 25 year-old soy, corn, and wheat farmer based out of St. Louis, Missouri, and let me tell ya, John is booked and busy! He is currently studying for his law degree and continuing to make his family proud on his grandfather’s farm. John is looking for a woman who can keep up with his busy schedule – which I guess is Suits à la farming.

Jay Woods is a 25 year-old hay and cattle farmer based out of Florence, Alabama. While he loves his crossword puzzles and reading come nighttime, he’s busy getting his hands dirty during the day (farming of course, get your head out of the gutter!). When his dreams of becoming a pro football player were cut short due to an injury in college – the man went to Duke University, BTW – he took the time to think about what made him happiest outside of football. The answer was growing up in the countryside on his grandfather’s horse farm. Now, he’s looking for the right woman for him, with a little added pressure from his mom.

Fox

Matt Warren is a 30 year-old first generation avocado and exotic fruit farmer based out of Visalia, California, and he’s looking for love! Matt is pretty new to the farmer’s life, as he traded in his construction tools for farming tools to help his family after the tragic passing of his sister-in-law’s parents ( I’m already invested in this man’s story).

Colton Hendricks is a 28 year-old cattle rancher and horse trainer based out of Mena, Arkansas. Growing up on a farm and working alongside his dad instilled a hard work ethic within him. Now, Colton wants to meet a woman who can integrate into his tight-knit family while also building a family of their own (on the farm, of course).

Where to watch season 3 of Farmer Wants a Wife.

Fox

Farmer Wants a Wife premiered on March 20, 2025 and airs every Thursday on Fox at 9pm EST. It's available to stream the next day on Hulu.

How many episodes are in Farmer Wants A Wife season 3?

Fox

Based on the fact season 1 had 11 episodes and season 2 had 14, Farmer Wants A Wife season 3 should have around or more than 10.
