The Best Christmas Pageant Ever trailer actually made me way more emotional than I expected the first time I watched it. (Although, adding beautiful Christmas music to any situation automatically makes me emotional). The trailer really gets right to the core of the message of the film: even though the Herdmans are different than everyone else in town, they deserve (and need) love just as much as anyone. It's such a simple idea when you get down to it, but it's also more important now than ever. BRB, I'm rewatching it again.

This idea is also why so many people resonate with Gilmore Girls — the residents of Stars Hollow have the kind of community I dream about, and just serves as a reminder how sweet life can be when you're surrounded by people you love.

We know that Lauren Graham serves as the narrator for the tale, and I'm so excited that she's actually an onscreen narrator! I'm also starting to wonder if she's a grown up Beth (Grace's daughter) and that's why she knows the story so well.
