As you already know, the 2016 Olympic games are well under way, and we can’t seem to get enough. With Team USA taking the lead in the medal count, you’d better believe we’re all about the red, white and blue. Obviously, these amazing athletes have inspired us all in more ways than one. Whether they’re spending countless days (read: years) training in the pool or conquering the balance beam (we see you, Simone Biles), each athlete has sacrificed everything in order to go for gold. We couldn’t help but wonder how (under all that pressure, no less) each athlete is able to protect and restore their skin and hair after years of harsh conditions. Here are nine champion-tested beauty products you need in your gym bag ASAP.

9. David Mallett Mask No.1: L’Hydration ($75): We love a good swim meet, especially if it involves star athlete Katie Ledecky. With hours and hours spent in the pool, it’s no wonder she wants to keep her hair protected from all the chlorine. This mask will hydrate the heck out of damaged tresses courtesy of a powerful vegetable protein that will deeply penetrate and revitalize strands. Hair on fleek? We think so.
