See This Stranger Things Star Shave Her Head to Become Eleven

Stranger Things is undeniably one of the biggest binge-worthy shows of the moment, sparking an official ’80s-themed soundtrack, serious #squadgoals and season two news that will have you totally psyched. Among the stellar cast is 12-year-old Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Jane “Eleven” Ives, the telekinetic kiddo with a stare that will give you chills. And though it’s obviously Millie’s ace acting chops that have left an impression on fans, her transformation into the role is just as impressive. Check out the before and after pics of Millie shaving her head to transform into Eleven.

Though Millie was totally up for the change, her mom wasn’t as keen. “My mom was like, ‘No! That’s not happening.’ And I was like, ‘Mom. You need to chill out; it’s gonna grow back.’” It’s a good thing Millie won the battle, because she’s definitely one of the breakout stars of the eerie series. But you can see why her mom was hesitant when you get a glimpse of the mane Millie was ditching.

Before…

And after…

Just look at how she gets right into the fierce Eleven vibe! Perfection.

As much as we'd love to hear that BridgertonSeason 4 is releasing earlier than next year, we'll have to settle for as many teasers and first looks as we can get for now! Fans already know Yerin Ha will be stepping into Sophie Baek's shoes alongside Luke Thompson as Benedict, but Netflix finally released something that'll keep us satiated for a while. We can't promise much else — except these two are clearly going to make our hearts race when they're finally on-screen.

Here's the official Bridgerton Season 4 first look with Sophie & Benedict!

Liam Daniel/Netflix

Benedict's always been one of the lighthearted Bridgerton siblings, but Season 3 showed up just how, uh, free he can be. While he and Eloise did discuss their mutual feelings of wanting to explore life, it seems our loving bachelor is set on finding love in unexpected places.

Liam Daniel/Netflix

Benedict may not have fallen in love with Tilley, but it appears he's head over heels for Sophie and we think it's adorable. But, there's one glaring problem: Sophie's a maid who has plenty of secrets.

Never before have any of the Bridgerton children gotten romantically involved with someone who's in another social class, so this already sounds scandalous.

Liam Daniel/Netflix

Ah, but what will the watchful Queen Charlotte think? Remember, she was certain she was going to expose and punish Lady Whistledown before Penelope's moving speech got her to change her mind. We can only guess how she'll feel about the Bridgertons once she learns of Benedict and Sophie's forbidden romance.

In the meantime, we're already dreaming up as much as we can about this exciting season with these pictures! Oh, and did we mention there's a video too?!

Netflix has announced that a Little House on the Prairie reboot is coming to the streamer, so grab your sundresses because Cottagecore 3.0 is absolutely on its way. And showrunner and executive producer Rebecca Sonnenshine (who worked on The Vampire Diaries) can't wait for you to see the new adaptation.

"I fell deeply in love with these books when I was 5 years old,” she told Tudum. “They inspired me to become a writer and a filmmaker, and I am honored and thrilled to be adapting these stories for a new audience.”

Here's everything we know about the Little House On The Prairie reboot, coming to Netflix soon!

Netflix's 'Little House on the Prairie' will bring "hope and optimism" to viewers.

The Little House on the Prairie reboot will serve as a "reimagining" of the books, according to Tudum, which immediately makes me think of the differences between Netflix's Anne With an E, which was a grittier approach to L.M. Montgomery's novel than CBC's Anne of Green Gables from the 1980s.

Little House on the Prairie has captured the hearts and imaginations of so many fans around the world, and we’re excited to share its enduring themes of hope and optimism with a fresh take on this iconic story,” Netflix's Drama Series vice president Jinny Howe says in an interview with Tudum. “Rebecca’s vision threads the needle with an emotional depth that will delight both new and existing fans of this beloved classic.”

But fans of the original series have mixed feelings.

Deadline first announced news of the Little House reboot on January 29, which was met with QUITE a stir on social media.

"Get out!!! Best news today!" one Instagram user commented on Deadline's post, while another said, "This does not need a reboot. It was an AMAZING show!!"

And fans aren't the only ones with opinions. Dean Butler, who played Laura's (Melissa Gilbert) onscreen husband Almonzo, told ReMIND that while “there have been so many different announcements about reboots or re-imaginings," the new Little House on the Prairie "had a different feel to it. This felt like this was really real.”

“One of the first feelings, in all honesty, is probably, well, ‘If this works, are they going to forget about what we did all those years ago?'" he continues. “And then the next thought is, ‘It’s going to be very difficult to create something that touches people’s hearts in the way that the original did.'"

He continues that Michael Landon, who was both actor and creator Michael Landon had a “certain specific kind of touching, personal, intimate storytelling about the human condition.” And while times have changed, "if this adaptation of Little House can meet the expectation of this more current audience and bring along a few of those who have loved it, it’s going to be very successful.”

Actress Alison Arngrim (who played Nellie Oleson) promises the new show will stay closer to the books than the original series. “So concerns that they’re going to run amok away from the books and make it into something weird, not happening,” she told Remind.

And after former Fox News host Megyn Kelly tweeted, "Netflix, if you woke-ify ‘Little House on the Prairie’ I will make it my singular mission to absolutely ruin your project,” Melissa Gilbert recommended Megyn watch the show again.

"TV doesn’t get too much more ‘woke’ than we did," Melissa Gilbert said a statement. "We tackled: racism, addiction, nativism, antisemitism, misogyny, rape, spousal abuse and every other ‘woke ‘ topic you can think of. Thank you very much.”

What do you think about the Netflix Little House on the Prairie reboot? I don't think anything can get grittier than that "Sylvia" episode...IYKYK. Here are The Best New TV Shows On Netflix In February to hold you over!

I've been anxiously awaiting news on The Last of Us season 2 release date ever since that crazy season 1 finale in March of 2023. ICYMI, Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) have returned to Jackson but unfortunately, all's not well that ends well, because Joel is hiding a huge secret — and it's totally shaken Ellie's trust in him. I love this reluctant duo so much and I'm already making plans to visit my best friend so we can watch (and rewatch) the premiere together.

Here's everything we know about The Last of Us season 2 release date, plus the new The Last of Us trailer.

'The Last of Us' season 2 trailer teases lots of terror.

We've already gotten our first look at Kaitlyn Dever's Abby (a character fans of the game love to hate), but this is the first time we've gotten to hear her — or see her Firefly pendant. We also catch a glimpse of Ellie and Dina (Isabela Merced) dancing during what appears to be an iconic game scene and Tommy (Gabriel Luna) helping defend Jackson from the infected.

While season 1 was full of earthy tones and tons of light vs. dark imagery, The Last of Us season 2 is already showing off a much more aggressive color palette with blacks and reds that underscore just how explosive things are this season (and judging by the flares, I mean that quite literally).

When can I watch The Last of Us season 2?

Liane Hentscher/HBO

Yes, The Last of Us season 2 release date is coming sooner rather than later, and the show will hit Max on April 13, 2025. We're still awaiting confirmation on whether we'll get all the episodes at once, but I'm guessing it'll be another weekly release schedule to bring us from the spring through the summer.

Who's in The Last of Us season 2?

Liane Hentscher/HBO

The Last of Us cast for season 2 includes Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Gabriel Luna as Tommy, Rutina Wesley as Maria, Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Ariela Barer as Mel, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Spencer Lord as Owen, Danny Ramirez as Manny, Jeffrey Wright as Isaac, and Catherine O’Hara.

Is Last of Us season 2 coming?

Liane Hentscher/HBO

Yes, The Last of Us season 2 is on its way! The show was renewed in January of 2023 after the pilot aired. The game sequel opens five years after the events of the first game, and Joel and Ellie's relationship has splintered because of Joel's secret: his promise that Ellie's immunity couldn't be used for a cure is actually a lie — and he murdered an entire hospital of Firefly rebels to save her life.

When Ellie finds out Joel lied to her — and when a certain someone finds out Joel's responsible for the massacre — their worlds implode.

Bella Ramsey told Vanity Fair "it’s really a story about revenge and a continuation from the first season about the dangers of unconditional love."

Meanwhile, Pedro Pascal teased to Deadline that The Last of Us team “are always going to find ways to build on the incredible source material that they have, and surprise us with how they can use that material in a different format like a television show."

What do The Bear, Mystic Pizza, and Marvel's Spider-Man: No Way Home have in common? Cast members Ayo Edebiri, Julia Roberts, and Andrew Garfield are all starring in a new thriller called After the Hunt from Challengers director Luca Guadagnino! I love each of these names individually, and this movie is my dream collaboration. I CANNOT wait to see how this story comes together. The flick is coming to theaters this fall and it's already one of my most-anticipated 2025 movies.

Here's everything we know about After the Hunt, starring Ayo Edebiri, Julia Roberts, and Andrew Garfield.

When is After the Hunt coming out?

Arturo Holmes/Getty Images for FLC

After the Hunt is coming to theaters on October 17. Since it's being released by Amazon MGM, we can expect the movie to hit Prime Video after its theatrical run.

What is After the Hunt about?

This new movie follows a college professor (Julia Roberts), who finds herself at a "crossroads" when a beloved student (Ayo Edebiri) makes an accusation against another professor (Andrew Garfield), and the secrecy of her own past is threatened.

“It’s not a movie about sexuality or love. It’s one of my very rare movies where I didn’t tackle that,” Luca said on WTF with Marc Maron. “It’s a very timely movie for where we are now. In terms of the society and the division in society and the extreme positions that we can have vis-a-vis an opinion in a way.”

“It’s about what happens in the milieu of academia between younger and older people and the idea of consent,” he continues. “I can tell you that it’s very loaded. I can tell you that the movie is very provocative, but not in a stupid way, but I would say in a very articulate way. It’s a great script from this first time writer, Nora Garrett.”

And the cast is as intrigued by the story as we are. “I’m very excited,” Ayo Edebiri told Deadline. “[Luca Guadagnino] is a visionary, I think. He cares so deeply about human beings and their relationship to each other. [The film] is sticky. It’s a complicated movie, but I feel so proud to be a part of it and excited to see it. I know that I’m biased, but me aside, everybody’s so amazing. I really was blown away, so I’m really excited.”

Who's in the After the Hunt cast?

After the Hunt stars Ayo Edebiri, Julia Roberts, Andrew Garfield, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Chloë Sevigny.

Considering Julia Roberts plays a professor in Mona Lisa Smile (one of my favorite movies ever), she definitely has the authority and grace to knock this role out of the park.
