Ingredients:

- 2 boxes Traditional Sage Stuffing Mix
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 8 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 6 thick-cut bacon slices, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then cover a sheet pan in tinfoil. Place a metal baking rack on top of the tinfoil, then lay the bacon strips on the rack.
2. Bake the bacon for 20 minutes, or until it reaches the desired crispiness. Remove the bacon from the oven and when it’s cooled, give it a rough chop.
3. Prep your apples and parsley by dicing the apples and chopping the parsley.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, add the Traditional Sage Stuffing Mix, chicken stock, melted butter, apples, bacon and parsley. Using a zester, grate some lemon zest into the large bowl, then stir all ingredients until combined.
5. Divide mixture evenly into the 12-cup muffin pan, then bake for 50 minutes or until the stuffing cups are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
6. Once cooled, top them with your favorite gravy, cranberry sauce or mashed potatoes (#carboload), and celebrate Thanksgiving in style!
