The ‘Trading Spaces’ Reboot Will Live on for Another Season

Where one door closes, another one opens. After receiving news that Paramount Network would be pulling the plug on its Heathers reboot before the show ever hit the air comes the announcement that we’ll be getting a second season of a different reboot, and it’s one that’s sure to make TLC fans cheer: Trading Spaces.

The show, which was recently resurrected after a 10-year long hiatus, has officially been renewed, with even more episodes in store for fans.

As President and General Manager of TLC, Howard Lee, said in a statement, “The response to the revival of Trading Spaces, from longtime devotees to newfound fans alike, has been seismic, and we are proud to continue the celebration in 2019. We look forward to our designers and carpenters bringing more color, design risk, and most of all, fun, into homes across the country in the upcoming season.”

The show follows neighbors as they redesign each other’s homes with professional help and a $2,000 budget.

With host Paige Davis making the announcement to fans on TLC’s Instagram page, we can safely assume that she will be returning for the show’s 10th overall season. Currently, other cast-mates include vets Ty Pennington, Carter Oosterhouse, Doug Wilson, Frank Bielec, Genevieve Gorder, Hildi Santo-Tomas, Laurie Smith, and Vern Yip, as well as newbies Sabrina Soto, John Gidding, Brett Tutor, and Joanie Sprague.

30 Unique Holiday Gifts That Kids Will Actually Love

Holidays are a 1000 times better with kids. From baking holiday treats together to getting in the spirit with DIY holiday decorations, everything about the festive season is new and exciting as they wait for the big day to arrive. My daughter recently turned 10 and there have been so many wins (and a few duds) under the tree that I thought I'd share our favorite gifts over the years (that are great for *all* kids, not just girls). Woom Bike

My daughter has grown up with these bikes, from the Balance Bike to the Explore Bike with disc brakes, 7 gears and all-terrain tires, and she LOVES them. They're super light and glide easily, even the kickstand is so smooth. Woom Bikes are designed specifically for kids at every stage. They are pricier than other bike brands, but I find that they resell very quickly at a high price point so you essentially get your money back.
