Tick’s basic functions are completely straightforward—create a list, add to the list, mark the list—which means you can concentrate the fun stuff: customizing the look of your lists!

You can choose the color for each and every tile by scrolling over a color wheel (for us, the brighter the better!), and categorize your tile with one of 64 adorable icons. Essentially, these symbols act as the titles for your lists (although you get to name them too), so a car icon can be used to keep track of car maintenance or record your must-see road trip destinations. Your lists aren’t bound by pre-determined anything—you have complete creative control.

But as much fun as it is to build your lists on Tick, it may be even more fun to complete them. Tick’s icons come to life every time you complete a task: bought your plane ticket home for the holidays? Mark it “done” on your “travel” list and the plane icon flies off the tile. It seems like the Sunday scaries came earlier now that TikTok's likely officially banned in the U.S. (goodbye BookTok)? Viral social media or not, every Sunday some of us get that dreaded feeling before the start of a new work week. There's even an entire Instagram account that accurately describes how we feel when the 'I hope this reaches you well' emails start rolling in on Monday.

While I definitely relate, What if I told you there were things you could do to lessen your anxious thoughts so you can have a productive week? They're not going to solve all of your problems, but they'll put those pesky Sunday thoughts in a bowl of Epsom salt so you can finally relax.

Here are some easy things to do on a Sunday to make your week amazing!

1. Set aside time for prayer or meditation when you wake up

Before you reach for your phone to check the news or your social feeds, take a few seconds to let yourself fully wake up. Once you're feeling more present in your body, say a prayer or find a meditation practice to do for 5-10 minutes. It's a great way to ground yourself while lowering your chance of rushing to get everything done before Monday.

2. Indulge in a longer morning routine

You don't have to tell us that you probably speed through your morning routine during the work week so give yourself permission to go a little slower on Sunday. You can soak in a lavender or eucalyptus epsom salt bath, or spend time exfoliating your body while in the shower. You can also use the new face mask you've been meaning to apply to your face!

Other things you can do are light a yummy smelling candle and listen to a soothing music playlist that makes you feel calm. It's our favorite way to create an at-home spa experience!

3. Begin planning your weekly tasks

This doesn't sound like fun, but having a snapshot of what you need to do during the week helps you stay on a track better than winging it. Something is bound to come up that pushes your tasks back, but you won't feel as rattled when your plans are upheaved.

In your physical or digital planner, block out your potential schedule based on tasks you know are more important than others. This will help you get more things done, making work less stressful.

4. Go grocery shopping so you can meal prep

Meal prepping doesn't have to involve an elaborate plan, especially if you don't like to cook. Think about what you generally like to eat during the week. Let's say you usually drink smoothies in the morning, salads for lunch, and a mediterranean bowl for dinner.

You can create a grocery list that mainly involves produce (i.e. romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, peppers, cucumbers, etc.,) and a lean meat or fish. From there, you can find different salad dressings, toppings, or seasonings that'll help you create several meals based on what's in your cart.

5. Tackle your overflowing laundry

You know the pile of clothes and towels you keep walking by, pretending like they're not there? They're going to irritate you during your busy week so start washing them on Sunday. As much as joke about not liking to fold our clothes once they've been washed and dried, it truly feels good not to have more tasks to focus on after a long work day.

6. Plan your OOTDs (even if you WFH)

We're not asking you to become the world's next influencer by suggesting you should plan your OOTDs on Sunday. It's more of a way to help shake off any anxiety or angst during the week. Even wearing a new cozy rib knit set while you work from home can boost your mood, helping you perform much better at work.

7. Do something just for you

1. Avengers: Doomsday — In Theaters May 1, 2026

On May 1, 2026, the Avengers will make their long-awaited return to the big screen with Avengers: Doomsday, bringing a brand new Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) team together for the first time since Avengers: Endgame.

Specific plot details remain under wraps, but there are rumors of an overwhelming list of powerful villains (led by Robert Downey Jr.'s Victor Von Doom) and the largest assembly of heroes in MCU history.

2. Toy Story 5 — In Theaters June 19, 2026

If you thought Toy Story was gone for good, think again. Toy Story 5 is slated to be released on June 19, 2026.

It could take the story in multiple directions, possibly splitting its focus between Buzz leading Bonnie's toys as she navigates elementary school and Woody adjusting to life as a lost toy with Bo and their carnival friends. But we know our favorite toys are up against some new competition: screens.

There's also speculation that Andy might return, crossing paths with Woody while celebrating his college graduation at the traveling carnival.

Still, details are unknown, so fans can only guess what adventure lies next.

3. The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping — In Theaters November 20, 2026

The next Hunger Games movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 20, 2026. Francis Lawrence will return as director, and Sunrise on the Reaping will take viewers back 24 years before the OG movie to follow a young Haymitch Abernathy as he fights to survive the deadly 50th annual games, also known as the Second Quarter Quell.

This brutal edition saw double the usual number of tributes, making it the bloodiest in Panem's history.

4. Scary Movie 6 — In Theaters June 12, 2026

Set to debut on June 12, 2026, Scary Movie 6 will be the latest installment in the popular horror movie spoof series. Shooting is supposed to start in 2025.

It's unclear who will star in the cast, but it is known that Marlon and Shawn Wayans, the original creators of Scary Movie, have returned to help with the latest project.

5. Minions 3 — In Theaters July 1, 2026

The mischievous yellow henchmen are back for another chaotic adventure in Minions 3, slated to hit theaters on July 1, 2026.

Following the massive success of Despicable Me 4, which raked in $969 million globally, the Minions franchise will likely continue to be a box-office powerhouse.

6. Scream 7 — In Theaters February 27, 2026

Scream 7, which is in the middle of filming, will come out on February 27, 2026.

While the exact plot is a mystery thus far, Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega will not be returning. However, fans can expect to see Matthew Lillard, Mason Gooding, and Jasmin Savoy Brown gracing the big screen again.

7. The Mandalorian and Grogu — In Theaters May 22, 2026

If you've been waiting for season four of The Mandalorian, you might have to wait a little longer because Din Djarin and Grogu will be visiting theaters next.

This highly anticipated movie will be released on May 22, 2026. Following the events of the TV series' third season, Din Sjarin and Grogu are now working with the New Republic to track down Imperial Remnant leaders, setting the stage for a showdown with Grand Admiral Thrawn and his rising threat.

With Mandalore reclaimed and Moff Gideon seemingly defeated, this film is expected to bridge the gap between the series and the larger conflict unfolding in the Star Wars universe.

8. The Odyssey — In Theaters July 17, 2026

Christopher Nolan is taking on one of history's greatest epics with The Odyssey, a cinematic retelling of Homer's legendary tale that will debut on July 17, 2026.

The film follows Odysseus on his treacherous journey home after the Trojan War, where he encounters mythical dangers like the Sirens, Polyphemus, and Circe. Read up on the incredible cast!

9. Spider-Man 4 — In Theaters July 25, 2026

Tom Holland will return to the big screen in Spider-Man 4 on July 25, 2026, just a few months after Avengers: Doomsday.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Holland confirmed that production for the film, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, will begin in mid-2025.

10. GOAT — In Theaters February 13, 2026

Finally, Sony Pictures Animation will be giving us an animated sports comedy with the creation of GOAT, hitting theaters on February 13, 2026. Produced by NBA superstar Stephen Curry, it's supposed to be a heartwarming underdog story with diverse characters.
