Just got engaged? Or in the month before your wedding and just realized you haven’t picked out wedding bands? Well, you’re in luck! We’ve scoured the web to bring you a plethora of beautiful, modern, and unconventional wedding bands. Happy wedding-ing! (P.S. If you’re thinking about popping the question in the near future, check out our roundup on unconventional and affordable engagement rings!)
1. Armenta Diamond Band ($990): Our first gorgeous band is made of oxidized silver and covered with diamonds. The Armenta line is Spanish-inspired, with the idea of creating romantic jewelry with a rocker edge.
2. Speckled Band with Diamond ($330): Can’t resist patterns on top of patterns? This gold band is speckled ever so delicately and punctuated with a single diamond.
3. Gold Wheat Patterned Ring ($430): The wheat engraving pattern is seriously old school, but it also happens to be timeless. Of course, I might be biased… both my engagement ring and wedding band include a half wheat pattern in platinum!
4. Baguette Eternity Band ($3,000): This stunning mix of yellow gold with black rhodium and baguette diamonds has a very vintage quality about it and might also make a cool engagement ring.
5. Etched Floral Pattern in Platinum ($700): This 1915 antique ring features a particularly unique floral pattern etched right into the band. This is a great option for brides who don’t want any bling on their band, but do want some kind of detailing.
6. Half Hoop Baguette Ring ($1,265): There’s something sort of minimal about this band, even though it is dotted with diamonds.
7. Clara Recycled Gold Band ($1,590): Made from recycled gold, this mid-century-inspired ring is a beautiful and subtle statement piece.
8. Gold and Black Hammered Wood Grain ($300 for set of 2): Wood you marry me? Sorry, I had to. The light woodgrain texture engraved right into these bands isn’t obvious at first, but adds a lovely level of dimension to a pair of stackers.
9. Thin Pave White Diamond Band Ring ($1,680): Slightly more classic is this white diamond band, set in a gold that almost looks like a blend of yellow gold and rose gold.
10. Curved Stackable Rings ($22 each): At $22 a pop, these stackables would make great placeholders if you’re waiting to figure out what kind of wedding band you want – or if you need to save a little cash while planning your wedding :)
11. Oxidized Black Band ($79): For the modern dude, we’ll kick things off with this oxidized black band. Of course, how could you display this on a typical ring display? An errant piece of woodgrain is the only thing equipped to hold such a manly piece of jewelry ;)
12. Gold Hewn Hammered Band ($1,350): The hammered texture on this ring means it’s not entirely shiny and it’s not entirely matte – great for indecisive grooms.
13. Oxidized Silver + Black Diamond ($170): Another oxidized option, this features a teeny tiny bit of bling in the form of a black diamond. It’s a nice dot of sparkle that gives this ring a certain je ne sais quoi.
14. Square with Onyx Stone ($850): Definitely the most unconventional of the bunch, this square gold ring makes a bold style statement, and the square onyx stone is such an unusual touch.
15. Woodland Designs ($125 and up): Nature lovers? Go for a band with a small engraving of a tree! There are tons of options in this shop to choose from, and they make ladies’ bands as well.
16. Stamped Latitude and Longitude ($86): For geography nerds, get a custom latitude and longitude ring marking the place you first met, where you’re planning to get married, or another place of importance in your life.
17. Wood + Silver “Color” Block ($150): How cool is this? It’s like a wood-dipped wedding band!
18. Hammered Silver ($126): Our second hammered option offers a bit more texture and a darker disposition. We love the pairing of the men’s and women’s bands.
19. Gold Wheat Patterned Ring ($790): Hey, that looks familiar! This is the men’s version of the gold wheat wedding band we wrote about up in the ladies’ section.
20. Faceted Titanium Band ($74): And finally, a geometric ring that almost looks as if it was 3D printed! Made of titanium, this ring gets its texture from being sandblasted.
