Applebee’s Introduces $1 Margaritas
Applebee’s is giving us reason to cheer olè! The restaurant chain just announced that throughout the entire month of October, they’re offering margaritas for — get this — $1. Yep, just one buckaroo.
The “Dollarita” is being deeply discounted as part of the store’s Applebee’s Neighborhood Appreciation Month. It comes on the rocks or frozen, but at just $1, who’s to squabble over consistency?
The company actually has some pretty solid reasoning behind its killer special. As Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill VP of beverage innovation, Patrick Kirk, explained in a statement, “We focus a lot on our food, but ‘bar’ is in our name, and it’s an integral part of what makes Applebee’s a great neighborhood destination. Our $1 margaritas in October give us a chance to show our guests a little love, giving them a totally unbeatable offer as a gesture of our sincere appreciation for their patronage.”
Honestly, between this and all the freebies being handed out for #NationalTacoDay, we’re on cloud nine. Cheers, everyone!
