Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Get the Most Cryptic Matching Tattoos
Ever since they made things Instagram official on June 1, we’ve been positively dizzy by Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson’s whirlwind romance. In a matter of weeks, the couple has gone from posting cute Insta comments and couples’ photos to reportedly being engaged, but the most permanent reminder of their love has come by way of the multiple tattoos they’ve gotten in each other’s honor.
First, Grande got a bee tattoo last month to pay tribute to the Manchester bombing victims who lost their lives at her concert in May 2017. Then, the pair sported matching cloud tattoos before their relationship officially went public, which fans deduced symbolized the start of their new love. The cloud is one of Grande’s favorite emojis, frequently popping up in her tweets and Instagram captions.
Davidson then got two new pieces of artwork in honor of Grande, debuting a bunny mask behind his left ear (just like the imagery from Grande’s Dangerous Woman era) and her initials “AG” on his thumb.
And now, the couple has gotten inked again, with Grande showing off a tattoo on Instagram Stories on her right hand that reads “H2GKMO,” which eagle-eyed social media fans noticed stands for “honest to God knock me out.” Another person got a matching tat, though it’s unclear if the hand belongs to Davidson’s.
Davidson did get inked yet again, with tattoo artist Jon Mesa showing off his Kid Cudi-inspired ink on Instagram that reads “REBORN.” As for where he got it, well, it’s on his right hand… exactly where Grande got her new ink.
Oh, to be young and in love!
