The First ‘Bachelor Winter Games’ Teaser Promises *Lots* of Tears and Drama
The Bachelor Winter Games spinoff is just a few weeks away, and if this first trailer is any indication, we can look forward to plenty of the franchise’s signature drama — not to mention some sporty competitiveness and sparks of a romance or two.

The official Bachelor Instagram account shared the preview on Monday, January 8, asking, “Will there be any love at ❄️ frost❄️ sight this winter?”
The video shows us a few of the contestants — including Luke Pell, Clare Crawley, Dean Unglert, and Ben Higgins — who will be taking part in the games in picturesque Manchester, Vermont, and from the looks of these clips, things heat up right away despite the cold weather.
Other than clinking champagne glasses, a parade, and one lady leaping up to wrap her legs around a guy’s neck, we’re not sure what to expect from this brand-new branch of Bachelor Nation.
One thing we do know, though, is that there will be tears. And lots of ’em.
“Winter tears are coming,” the preview warns us over a montage of tearful ladies, including Ashley Iaconetti, who seems more than a little frustrated with the situation she finds herself in. The poor girl just can’t seem to win when it comes to love. (But how about when it comes to the games?)
“They’ll compete to fall in love,” a voiceover says. “And they’ll fall all right.” But maybe not in the way that you’re thinking.
