Our Favorite Brand Is Launching an Apparel Collection
Every creative gal has a serious crush on Ban.do (and wishes they were a part of Jen Gotch’s #bandogirlgang). Their unique take on accessories, ranging from hair and tech to stationery and other super cute goods, adds a little bit of flair and a whole lot of FUN to our world. That’s why we totally flipped when we heard the L.A.-based design house is launching its very first apparel collection.
Four different designs are printed on the brand’s favorite comfy American Apparel tees and Alternative Apparel sweatshirts. The shirts are expressive and engaging, and each design has a different vibe and meaning. “Forever Girl Gang” is perfect for a day out with your best gals, and we’ll be rocking “Have a Nice Brunch” while sippin’ on bottomless mimosas. “The Twins” showcases the brand mascot Herbie and his twin brother, Mike, and “I Did My Best” was an instant hit with Gotch’s social media followers when she wrote it in iron-on letters on her own Alternative Apparel sweatshirt and posted it to Instagram as a mantra for releasing self doubt.
“These are clothes to have fun in,” says Gotch. “You can jump in the pool or go dancing in them. They’re not precious; they just feel really good. You know if you put one of these shirts on, it’s gonna be a good day.”
The collection launched today, November 17 at 7am PT, exclusively in the Ban.do Girl’s Pop Up Shop. You’re gonna want to snag your swag quickly, because these babies will sell out faster than you can say “brunch.” T-shirts are $30 and available in sizes XS – XL, while sweatshirts are $48 and available in sizes S – XL. If you rock your new Ban.do on Instagram, be sure to share it using the hashtag #havefuninthis!
