Cozy Up With a Bowl of BBQ Turkey Chili
Looking for a hearty and healthy weeknight meal? Look no further! Our BBQ Turkey Chili is sure to satisfy AND can be whipped up in a cinch. We teamed up with LAY’S® Wavy to create this dish inspired by their Hickory BBQ Potato Chips.
Turns out, BBQ and chili are a match made in heaven!

– 1 cup LAY’S®Wavy Hickory BBQ Potato Chips, crumbled– 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
– 1 yellow onion, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, chopped
– 1 red bell pepper, chopped
– 1 pound ground turkey
– 1 tablespoon cumin
– 1 16-ounce bottle BBQ sauce
– 1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes
– 2 14-ounce can cannellini beans
– salt and pepper, to taste
– sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cumin and ground turkey. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
2. Add diced tomatoes, cannellini beans, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
3. Spoon chili into a bowl. Top with crumbled chips and cheddar cheese.
