Takeout, pickup, order-in. No matter how you slice it, pizza is a quintessential fave to everyone. Some like it thin with solely cheese and others love a deep-dish packed with meats + veggies. Just like everything in life, everyone’s got their own opinions + personal preferences but the latest survey from TripAdvisor has revealed which pizzerias across the US stand out amongst the thousands.
To narrow the pizza place list down to 10 TripAdvisor analyzed thousands of reviews from diners throughout the US to uncover which hot spots produced the best slices. To make it on that elite short list at least 10% of the reviews had to mention “best pizza” in them. This is obviously a very scientific study, y’all.
Though this isn’t an end-all-be-all *super* official top 10 — no mention of a specific pizza on the menu, just the pizzeria in general, FYI — it is fun to see what places + where they are make the list. For example, how did two California pizzerias make the top 10 over any Chicago joints?! We call BS on that, but we guess everyone’s tastebuds prefer something different, right?
