Bethenny Frankel’s New Hamptons Home Is a Must-See
Reality star and boss lady Bethenny Frankel has added another property to her portfolio of luxury homes. She just purchased a house in Bridgehampton, NY that was listed for a cool $2.495 million dollars, and according to Trulia, the property, unlike her others, is solely an investment property. She plans to keep her longtime Hamptons home as her private residence, which means some lucky renters will get to call Frankel their landlord. Hopefully, the house will come stocked with a pantry full of Skinnygirl margarita mix and popcorn!
The historic 4,239-square-foot home, built in 1910, was once used as a B&B called Morning Glory House. It embodies quintessential Hamptons style, complete with a cedar shake exterior, wraparound porch, and hardwood floors.
There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, and a copious number of windows throughout the house that let in tons of light — essential for enjoying those long summer days and taking advantage of those shorter, wintry ones.
There’s no word yet whether the rental will be short or long term, but either way, whoever stays there will be in for a treat.
Surrounded by tall privacy hedges, the backyard has a generous amount of space for dining and lounging, perfect for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
