Beyoncé and JAY-Z’s ‘OTR II’ Tour Is Official!
Rumors started buzzing last week that Beyoncé and JAY-Z had a tour in the works, after what looked like an announcement appeared and then quickly disappeared online. But now it’s official! The powerhouse couple is hitting the road — for the first time since welcoming twins Sir and Rumi into the world — for their OTR II tour.
OTR II is a follow-up to the pair’s 2014 On The Run tour, which brought in a whopping $109 million and earned the duo their own HBO special dedicated to the concert. The plan is to kick things off in Cardiff on June 6 and make 15 stops in the UK and across Europe before heading over to North America. In the US, fans in Cleveland, Ohio, will get to enjoy the first stateside show on July 25 before Bey and Jay hit the road for an additional 20 dates around the country.
With Beyoncé’s 2016 Lemonade album and JAY-Z’s 2017 4:44 record, the two have plenty of new hits to bring to the stage. And considering the way fans are reacting to the news, it’s a pretty safe bet that this tour will be another giant success.
