Beyoncé Surprised These Lucky Employees by Showing Up to Perform at Their Holiday Party
Looks like Kylie Jenner has some competition in the “best boss ever” department, even after she helped her assistant’s fiancé propose!
NY-based Parkwood Entertainment, an entertainment and management company, trumped all of our own office bashes by having the one and only Beyoncé (who also helped her backup dancer propose back in September) perform. Say what!?
We guess it kinnddddd of makes sense: Bey did found the company back in 2008, after all. “I started my own company,” she told Billboard back in 2013. “When I decided to manage myself it was important that I didn’t go to some big management company. I felt like I wanted to follow in the footsteps of Madonna and be a powerhouse and have my own empire and show other women when you get to this point in your career you don’t have to go sign with someone else and share your money and your success — you can do it yourself.”
Now, the self-made mogul is giving back to her employees, surprising them with both a screening of Lemonade and a live-band performance of “All Night Long.”
As if working for the Queen Bee wasn’t present enough!

Her employees definitely appreciated the gesture, taking to Instagram to share their good fortune. “Congratulations to the inspirational boss lady, @beyonce for the sensational #lemonade,” one wrote.
That’s one holiday party we’re sorry to have missed.
Merry Christmas, Bey!
