This Airline Is Offering $12 Flights for Black Friday… But There’s a Catch
We’ve seen plenty of amazing deals for Black Friday thus far, including 18 seriously fashionable picks and plenty of beauty goods up for grabs, but the travel specials we just got wind of may trump them all. Airlines are offering flights as low as $12 for Black Friday! While there *is* a catch — you’ll have to leave from Dublin to get them — you can get there right now for as low as $100.
Iceland’s WOW Air is offering one-way fares from Boston, Pittsburgh, and Chicago to Reykjavik, Amsterdam, London, and Dublin for just $100 to anyone who purchases tickets on Friday, November 23 (AKA “Purple Friday,” the Irish equivalent of Black Friday), with flights good through May 2018. If you’d rather leave from San Francisco, Miami, or Los Angeles, you can head to the same Euro-spots for just $30 more (though these flights can only be booked through March 2018).
Once you land, you can head over to Ireland’s Ryanair, where their massive Black Friday Sale is offering 500,000 seats with discounts as low as $11.50 per ticket, depending on location and departing from Dublin. You can head to Paris for $11.50, Brussels for $11.74, Munich for $19.96, or Barcelona for $23.48, among many other bucket-list destinations.
Better yet, a return trip can be booked for the same exact price or even lower if you choose the optimal date!
If that’s not exactly on your travel itinerary this year, Air China is also offering a Black Friday special, giving travelers 15 percent off of all its roundtrip destinations departing from the US for sightseeing in Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo, Bangkok, or Dehli when you purchase between November 24 and November 27 for use from November 24 through April 2018.
US Airlines are also jumping on the sales wagon (or, er, plane) with Delta offering roundtrip flights from Boston, New York City, Atlanta, Detroit, or Los Angeles to Portugal’s Azores islands for $559 when you purchase by November 28, and Southwest Airlines giving customers $125 off any domestic flight with promo code SAVE125 or $250 for international flights with codeSAVE250. Not bad at all!
