Blake Lively Continues to Slay at Cannes, Disney Style
The sartorial hits just keep on coming for Blake Lively at Cannes. Her latest jaw-dropper, a blue Atelier Versace gown, has tongues wagging for more reasons than one: Not only did she look positively radiant in it, she gave the world its best view yet of what is (almost undeniably, at this point), her baby bump. Though neither she nor Ryan has yet to speak on the pregnancy publicly, Blake seems to have said it all with her dress.
And not just any dress. This gown, in particular, is garnering comparisons to — wait for it — Queen Elsa from Disney’s Frozen. Okayyyy, we totally see it.
It’s not the first time this week that Blake has sparked Disney comparisons. The The Shallows star herself confessed that Esmerelda from The Hunchback of Notre Dame was her muse for one of her more boho looks, and she also very much channeled Cinderella at the ball in another of Vivienne Westwood’s gowns.
We’re not entirely sure if Blake is secretly the biggest Disney fan ever, or if it’s all just mere coincidence, but either way, it’s working. Stylist or no stylist (Blake has reportedly denied using one for years), stick with the Disney thang, girl — it suits you!
