Recreate This Boho-Beautiful Celebrity Room Makeover In Your Own Home
Boho babes, we've got a dose of decorating inspo for you. Online interior design service, Decorist, recently teamed up with Bed Bath & Beyond and RetailMeNot to give Jane the Virgin star, Gina Rodriguez, a breezy (and affordable!) living room 'do. The budget-friendly beatnik space features lots of natural linens, textured throws, and patterns that are gorgeous — and so easy to bring home. Decorist's goal was to give Rodriguez a neutral, boho space that would be welcoming even after the longest day on set. By working in warm, neutral colors and applying an "open space" concept (that started with this Klaussner Pillow Back Sofa ($1,800)) they were able to accomplish just that.
Next, the decorators reached for this fab Safavieh Hadwin Concrete Coffee Table ($481) to house a variety of eclectic trinkets to set the laid-back vibe. Our fave? This patterned Zuo Libre Medium Planter ($55).
Decorist designers used a rosy-hued Adesso Willa Arc Floor Lamp ($138) to bring extra light to the pad. The warm metallic fit right in next to some tabletop greenery and a catchy Marmont Hill Cactus Print ($75+).
And let's not forget the corners! The design pros paired this Safavieh Dilan Safari Chair ($739) with a fun, fringed Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Bishop Throw Pillow ($100), all nestled next to a fabulous floor planter for extra flair.
Last but not least, they slid up a Safavieh Jaslyn Concrete Accent Table ($114) and tossed a Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines Mackie Blanket ($70) on the sofa for some thoughtful, textured touches.
And voila! Rodriguez was left with a beachy escape that is yours for the re-making...
