A Bracelet That Charges Your Phone? Yes, Please!

A Bracelet That Charges Your Phone? Yes, Please!

With every gadget update and inspiring keynote we’ve seen, our phones, tablets and desktops get more and more high tech, while our chargers are lagging farther and farther behind. Battery power is slowly improving, but we’re still getting stuck lugging our charging cords around on the daily. Does anyone else keep a cord at home, at the office and in the car, or is that just us? Little did we know, the solution to our charging woes would be found in a wearable.

On one end of the bracelet is a USB, and on the other end is a connector for Androids or iPhones. So the next time you find yourself in a charging bind, you can simply unsnap the bracelet from your wrist and plug in to your nearest USB port.

We really love the look of these, and even if it doesn’t go well with your outfit of the day, you can always loop it around your keychain or the handle of your purse for emergencies. Honestly, one of the best things about this design is that it doesn’t look techy. We love a good FitBit as much as the next gal, but we don’t always want to feel like we’re tied to technology. The bracelet even comes in braided and casual styles in shades of either black or red.

The Bracelet Charging Cable has already doubled its funding goal on Kickstarter, but the campaign is running until November 20. For a $26 pledge, you can get a bracelet for yourself. Check out the project here.
