Brie Larson Just Sparked This Totally Inspiring Movement on Twitter
Far too often, we see social media giving way to negative chatter that’s not so great for our mental health — just ask Ashley Tisdale, who recently had to stand up to body shamers on Twitter, or Miranda Lambert, who took down online trolls with a good reminder about the power of words.
But it also stands to serve some good, as well, and not just in moments of crisis, as Oscar-winner Brie Larson just proved with the totally uplifting movement she just launched over on Twitter.
“Finish this sentence,” the Kong: Skull Island actress wrote. “I want to live in a world where *fill in the blank*” It’s a fitting question for a woman who sees her role as an actress as a form of activism — she’s particularly passionate about the topic of sexual assault, for which she is a well-known advocate.
Finish this sentence: "I want to live in a world where: _______________"

The Tweet got more than 1,600 direct responses, and while some of them were all in good fun (“I want to live in a world where you are my wife,” one wrote), many managed to hit us right in the feels, tackling some our society’s biggest issues in 140 characters or less. Take a peek at some of the best answers we found below.

Wow, guys. We want that world too, and it’s totally inspiring to read such thoughtful and promising thoughts from around the world. We may not be able to accomplish everything on this list on our own, but perhaps together, we can start to try.
