Hoppy Halloween from all of us bunnies at B + C! You may already know that around here we can’t pass up on the opportunity for a good pun or a fun costume. This year we’ve concocted a surprisingly wearable costume that is business as usual in the front and bunny in the back.
To re-create this look, you’ll need to start with a gray sweater, felt, hot glue, box-cutter, and cardboard.
Using a box cutter, cut ear shapes out of the cardboard. Wrap the grey felt around them completely and hot glue in place. Add pink triangles for the inner ears using the hot glue as well.
To make the ears stand up, cut two long strips of cardboard and attach them to the bottom of the ears with hot glue. Create two slits at the seam of the collar of your sweater and slide the ears in, the long cardboard strips resting against your back make the ears stand up straight. We created the face of the bunny by cutting shapes out of felt and hot-gluing them to the sweater.
