Butterbeer Ice Cream Is Now a Treat We Muggles Can Enjoy
There’s no denying that we love pretty much any Harry Potter-inspired treats, and that includes Butterbeer (which you can DIY, BTW). But now a Butterbeer ice cream exists that even we muggles can enjoy.
The newest creation from Yuengling’s Ice Cream, Butterbeer ice cream (apparently once described by JK Rowling as “a little bit like less sickly butterscotch”) is made with half buttercream ice cream, half butterscotch ice cream, and a twisted butterscotch swirl.
“We are always looking for ways to inspire our fans and spark creativity. Whether it’s our flavor names and descriptions or the recipes themselves — we’re in the business of having fun,” said President of Yuengling’s Ice Cream, David Yuengling, “We hope we made JK Rowling proud with this flavor.”
Available at various stores across the country, Butterbeer ice cream sounds like the perfect choice for our next Harry Potter binge-a-thon, or even for your magical Harry Potter-inspired wedding.
