Let’s be real. Nothing says Easter quite like Cadbury Creme Eggs. While they’re totally delicious just as they are, they’re also a great addition to baked goods (we’re talking cookies, cakes, brownies… you name it!). Today, we’re showing you how to use Cadbury Creme Eggs to make pop-tarts. Can you say YUM?!

Ingredients:

cadburytart_2

– 1 box refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)

– 10-20 Cadbury Creme Eggs

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup powdered sugar

– sprinkles

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unwrap Cadbury Creme Eggs and chop into small pieces. Set aside.

2. Unroll your pie crusts and cut dough into rectangles (the size of your choice!). Place half of the rectangles on your baking sheet. Top with a spoonful of chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs and another piece of pie crust. Use a fork to seal the edges of pie crust together. Prick the top of each pop-tart with a fork three times.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and a few Tablespoons of water. Brush the top of each pop-tart with egg wash. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool.

2. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar with a few tablespoons of water to make a glaze for your pop-tarts. Spoon glaze over each pop-tart. Top with sprinkles. Enjoy!
