How to Copy 4 of Cara Delevingne’s Super Luxe Hair Accessories
Whether she’s rocking faux tattoo sleeves or sporting an epic side braid, Cara Delevingne seems to always be debuting an awesome new look. The model-turned-actress is no newbie to the fashion game, but lately she’s really bringing it in the beauty department. No, Cara hasn’t dipped her head in color like the rest of Hollywood (although, that would be awesome). Instead, Cara has been showing us exactly how we should be rocking the often-overlooked hair accessory.
While in Australia for her new movie’s press tour, Cara and her hair stylist Jen Atkin seem to be having a lot of fun with hair accessories. Jen shared a collage on her Instagram showing off four of Cara’s recent hairstyles. She captioned the photo, “I love a good hair accessory! And doesn’t @caradelevingne know it. Whenever you get bored of your hair, don’t cut bangs, just look for a great piece of bling.” Solid advice. According to Jen, Cara’s pieces are from Lelet NY, Jennifer Behr and AURA headpieces, but as you might be able to guess, they’re not the most affordable picks for a quick summer hair pick-me-up. If you want to copy Cara’s look for a little less, here are four similar hair pieces both you and your wallet will love.
1. Draped Moonbeam Hair Clips ($38): Skip the basic headband in favor of this headpiece that wraps around the back of your head. Rock with some beach waves for some serious boho vibes.
2. Gold Flower Hairpiece: Interested in a little bit of DIY? Start with an assortment of basic plastic flowers and simply spray paint them gold to create this super luxe accessory. (via Atilio)
3. Illusion Hair Comb ($16): Keep all that hair out of your face with this sleek and simple gold hair comb.
4. Pearl Hair Comb ($26): And when you’ve had enough gold, switch it up with some classic pearl accents. Wear with a half-up style like Cara or tuck this into a low, messy bun.
