Find Out What Carly Waddell and Evan Bass Will Name Their First Child Together
Bachelor in Paradise stars Carly Waddell and Evan Bass have yet to meet their baby, with the little one due sometime in Februrary, but already, they’ve chosen a name for their soon-to-be little girl, and they’re sharing it with fans ahead of schedule.
The mama-to-be took to Instagram to spill the beans about their decision, showing off a darling crib banner emblazoned with their future daughter’s moniker: Isabella. “Evan and I are SO EXCITED to reveal our little angel’s name on the sweetest newborn blanket from @shophighway3,” she wrote.

She also shared the nickname they’ll be calling her by, as well as her middle name, saying, “Her full name will be Isabella (Bella for short) Evelyn Bass, and we love her so much already!”
While Bass admits “Isabella” wasn’t his first choice, her full name is one that’s significant to him, with the proud papa sharing, “Well folks, I lost the battle to name our baby girl, but I won the war with the name “Isabella Evelyn Bass:” My sweet Grandma Bass was named Evelyn and she was the best and I hope that our daughter is fierce like her.”
Waddell also shared the deets on the family’s adorable blanket, writing, “Can’t believe in about one month we will be wrapping her up in this soft, cuddly little number!”
As the reality alum noted, the Personalized Name Blanket (from $49) in question comes in three sizes (baby/toddler, throw, or XL), and is available in 17 color options with space for up to 12 printed letters, and can be purchased for 25 percent off with the code Carly25.
Isabella will join Bass’s three sons, Ensley, Liam, and Nathan, from a previous marriage, rounding out what will become their family of six.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
