Check Out Kim Kardashian’s Intense Post-Baby Workout Routine
Kim Kardashian has been as vocal about her health-minded post-baby weight loss as she is about seemingly every other aspect of her life with Kanye and their two little ones. After attempting to break the Internet yet again just days ago with a semi-NSFW bare bum pic, Kim has given us a peek at how she’s getting back to her toned bod.
Recently speaking to People, Kim explained, “This time I think weight has come off quicker than last time because I kind of learned how to eat better. Last time I worked out a little bit harder. This time I’m eating differently.” She may be focusing more on her nutrition, but the 35-year-old celeb is certainly not slacking in the fitness department.

Posting a pic to her Instagram account showing her (pretty basic) equipment, she added the deets, “Running 4 miles, planks, push ups, 1000 jump ropes & abs.” Yep, that’ll do it.
With a baby and a toddler to take care of as well as endless professional commitments, it’s pretty impressive, to say the least. Even if she does have a handful of help, her routine is still major #workoutgoals.
